Loved my back office experience, extremely frustrated with quotes for contact lenses being wrong for two different brands several times, which led to an unnecessary fitting appointment and delay in me ordering contacts elsewhere where they were much cheaper. Please don't give quotes that are several hundred dollars off if you aren't going to honor them.
