I love Bailey Cove Eye Care! Dr. Ferrell is thorough and pleasant. Jeremiah is a great optician. He took the time to help me with frames to get the best fit for my needs. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I Highly recommend.

The staff at Bailey Cove Eye Care offers thorough and personalized care, meeting my changing vision needs over the past 20 years. They are friendly and offer top-notch service, making sure I receive access to changing technology and testing so I can have the best vision possible.

Despite being fully booked for the next several weeks, they were able to fit my daughter in for her initial visit and the doctor spent over 30 minutes with us doing assessments one after another until he finally felt confident that he had the correct numbers. We were able to pick from a variety of frames for her size and style preferences and order it all while there for checkout. Because of the great experience we also got both other kids booked for their first appointments.

I really like Dr. Ferrell and have always appreciated the care I receive during appointments. Unfortunately, the office itself is very poorly managed. The front desk staff has been consistently dismissive and unhelpful. After experiencing an allergic reaction to my contacts or solution, I had difficulty getting back in to see the doctor. Then, my new contacts were ordered over nine days ago. My son received his, but mine still haven't arrived. With an upcoming 9-day trip, I reached out for help and was essentially told, "there's no one here who can help you and nothing I can do." It's extremely frustrating to feel unsupported, especially when it impacts something as basic as being able to see clearly. I hope the office can improve its communication and customer service, because the doctor is excellent.

Severe weather caused my appointment to be rescheduled and it was handled very efficiently. Signing in for my apt was met with smiles, a short form to sign and a short wait til I was called to start the eye checking. Jason and Dr Ferrel were easy to communicate with.

The staff and Dr. were so pleasant and easy to talk to. They took the time and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed in any way . I would highly recommend this office who wants to get away from the chains that seem to be popping up everywhere. Will definitely continue to be a patient of theirs .

A great visit with Dr. Ferrell as always. All of his employees are well trained and efficient, I was taken care of quickly with very little wait time.
