I had cataract surgery in January 2025. Through the preparation for the surgery I don't feel that my wishes and concerns were valued. However, it was post surgery that my concerns were ignored. So, if you choose Dr. Malone for cataract surgery, be advised that if problems or real issues occur afterwards Dr. Malone will show no concern, answer none of your questions, nor will he attempt to help you discover why you are having eye issues you never had before cateract surgery. Consider yourself warned!!!

Big Shout Out to Tina in your optical department!! She has assisted me with my last two pairs of glasses and she is pleasant, kind, compassionate and most of all knowledgeable in what frames fit your profile!! I mean after the eye exam .. that's what it's all about!! I have been a patient of Dr Malone for years!! He's the best!! Just wanted to put the spotlight on his team today!!

My father in law had to have cataract surgery, from the time he walked in to the office at front desk, screened, testing, and talking with the doctor was amazing. Such a caring and smart staff was evident. Even at check out you felt like you were family . The fact that it was time consuming means the world they never rushed us and felt one on one patient care. After all it's your eyes and this was by far a wonderful experience.

I expect to have a long wait with a doctors' appointment occasionally, emergencies happen. But this is an eye doctors' clinic!! How many life or death situations can happen there? Our appointment was set for 2:30, finally got out after 5 p.m.! Talked with other people waiting, 2 to 3 hours is the norm here....less than 5 with the actual doctor. Luckily, most doctors' offices no longer practice the the art of over booking like they do here.
