Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Doctor Barnes is caring, knowledgeable, and really LISTENS! In this office, they are very accommodating and accept MOST (a LOT) Insurances. The office atmosphere itself is quite nice and very professional. In short, this is the BEST experience I've ever had in a medical professional's office anywhere in my 60 plus years! If you need glasses, contacts, or a very thorough eye exam (where every detail is explained to you and plenty of time is given to ask questions and have them answered), this is the place for you!

Have used Dr. Winton for a number of years and he is very thorough and a pleasure to see. He watches for changes in my eyesight and the health of my eyes. I feel confident in his care.
I also use the optical department to get glasses. I have ordered and received regular eyeglassess and prescription sunglasses a number of times. The prescriptions have been correct and easy to wear. The staff in the optical department is very conscientious and gladly will adjust glasses in subsequent followups throughout the year.

Dr. Winton is a great eye doctor for adults and kids! I took my 3 year old when he was having some issues and Dr. Winton made him feel so comfortable. My son actually enjoyed his visit and liked getting to see the equipment and talk to Dr. Winton. The goody bag at the end was probably his favorite though. :-) I would reccomend Dr. Winton to anyone!

My son ordered a pair of glasses on 7 September 2018 and was told they should be in a week to 10 days. No glasses on 21 September 2018 and called on 24 September to find out where they were. Told they would check on the status and call us back. After another week, still no communication to any phone numbers on record. Just called the office on 1 October 2018 at 11:40 am and Eliza said she was a "new face" at tje front desk and the optician was checking the status with the lab and will call me when the optician knows something. Dr.Winton is gone and apparently so is any kind of customer service.
