I was 1st greeted by Dipti who was smiling huge ans welcoming, she directed to go next door to sign in Jordan who was extremely helpful from 1st meeting her signing in at the window from start to finish. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my 1ST visit at Eye Exspress, She was terribly busy receiving "NUMEROUS" phone calls while checking customer's in alone, along with taking pictures of eye's as a technician all the while having me read the letters on the wall as well She was absolutely multitasking and totally rocking this job by far as I was seeing this was easily a 3 person position . Huge props to this Woman who kept her cool in a highly stressful situation at hand. I'd love to personally thank her for being such a huge help to me during my appt. Then I'd like to thank the Dr who was so very thorough as well, she was sure to go through all of my medications to make sure I wasn't given anything to mix mistakingly that could possibly give me any type of reaction if need be with my eyes, such as eye drops if by chanceI may need and was allergic..etc. to any ingredients that could mix. When it came to my health. She double checked all of my health conerns and was so very patient and thorough I really appreciated all of the staff's kindness and help! Shelly then helped me choose the perfect two pair of glasses for my face, helped me decide the best pricing options and help me come up with the best price in the end. Never have I been so very satisfied all the way through at a eye facility. Thank you to all 3 beautiful ladies for your patience and going above and beyond in seeing i was taken care of and happy with everything before leaving. I left the SAME day with my 2 pair of glasses, eye exam and a smile @ under $100 SCORE . Amy Lodge

Listen... I have a -6.00 prescription, so getting glasses fast is usually a joke. But this place??? Had my glasses ready in 63 MINUTES!!! High index with all the add ones (They send text updates) Not only were they fast, but the staff was so sweet, patient, and helpful the entire time. No attitude, no rushing just good vibes and people who actually care. They made the whole process super easy and stress-free. If you need glasses and don't feel like waiting forever, run, don't walk to this spot. I'm definitely coming back and telling everybody. Period.

My first time to shop Eyemart Express. I was greeted by Dipti as I entered the store. She was a true professional, assisting me in finding the perfect pair of glasses. My glasses were ready in a few days and I again received excellent service from the associate helping me (I don't know her name). She was thorough in verifying that the glasses fit properly and that the lenses were exactly what I needed. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of employees to assist your customers. Eyemart Express will be my first stop the next time I need new glasses.

This was the best experience ever buying glasses. The prices for their frames is way cheaper than our optometrist's office as well as for any add ons that you may want or need. Dipti was the most knowledgeable person to help us buy our glasses and walk us through our benefits. Getting an extra pair for free, even with insurance, was a bonus. We won't go anywhere else now that we've experienced this level of service.

Shelly was very helpful and respectful. She help us pick out our glass with no problem. Even though I couldn't decide which pair I wanted. She was very patience with me. Thank you Shelly so much.

I can't thank the Huntsville Eyemart Express team enough. After going through chemo and radiation, my vision changed drastically and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The staff here treated me with patience, kindness, and real care from the moment I walked in. They helped me get the right glasses, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I could see clearly again. Walking out of there actually being able to see the world the way I remembered -- that meant more to me than they know. Great people, great service, and a genuinely life-improving experience. Highly recommend this team.

When I tell y'all the process was seamless, I mean it was seamless. Ian was very informative, helpful, and personable. He and the staff had me in the door, assessed my needs, and had me in glasses within an hour. Highly recommend.
