Huntsville Eyes

Really loved my experience. I've been wearing glasses/contacts getting regular exams for 20+ years. My previous eye doctor has recently retired. I'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Huntsville Eyes! I found myself in a situation last Friday where I needed to get some glasses made same day, and they were so nice and helpful! They didn't have the exact strength I needed (my eyesight is terrible, so I don't think that strength is typically stocked in store anywhere), but they made me a pair in the highest strength they had to get me through till the higher strength lenses could come in. Then when the strength I needed came in, they swapped them out for me in less than 30 minutes, during what was supposed to be their lunch break because that happened to be the time that worked for me. I have no idea what the person who left the 1 star review was talking about saying how cold and corporate the staff were, because they could not have been friendlier or more helpful to me! Highly recommend them.

Initially I was able to get in same day and they were great. I went back in to get more contacts before my prescription was up and they had my contacts there in less than two days. I relocated for work and forgot to pick them up. I spoke with Abby and she mailed them to me at my new location without charge or questions asked. Great experience.

Look at how they respond to negative reviews, they need somebody new to manage their social media presence UPDATE: The FTC does not create laws, it is not the legislative branch. It is an agency that chiefly represents consumer interests. It does not exist to take down reviews of your business that you dislike. Further, my review is not "fake", I am reviewing your business based off your inappropriate online conduct. I see the way you disrespect your clients firsthand. If you continue this inappropriate behavior and unprofessional conduct, you will have fewer and fewer clients until you have none.

I came in for a last minute appointment due to some eye issues. The ladies got me in same day, helped me pick a pair of glasses and answered all my questions. When I came in to get my glasses, again they were phenomenal and also provided a great deal for a new pair of frames. The eye doctor was phenomenal, patient and answered all my concern and questions. I will be a returning customer!

The whole experience is corporate, cold, and choppy as well as too long. I dunno how long this is going to take, but after an hour I'm their process, we couldn't quite finish because the computer crashed. So here I am 75 minutes in and still going. Office. The location is good. The lobby is open and pretty, but has a cold vibe with spare furnishings and high ceiling. The exam rooms are too small. Just bad build-out design, there. Experience. The admin person takes your info. Then you wait (that's normal) Then the admin person takes you to room 1 and has you interact with three machines. Then you move to room 2. You wait. The technician comes in the screen and doors a typical thing with the "which is better, 1 or 2?" Then you wait. Then the doctor comes on the screen. Then you out your contacts in and wait. Then the app crashed and I'm still here. 1.5 hours and counting In the end, I just left because I don't have all day to wait while they unscrew themselves from the wall. Finding/Recommendation. Hard pass. Even forgiving the app crash, the experience is just choppy, impersonal., and takes too long because you wait in so many queues.

I was not treated well at the prividence office. Ive been back 3 times to get my glasses where i can actually use them with no good results. They made me feel like the problem was my fault and made me feel ignorant.

Very happy to have chosen Huntsville Eyes. Kaitlyn was very friendly and efficient. She discussed many options for my particular eye situation. First time experiencing a virtual Eye exam but I found it to be most pleasant. Will definitely be coming back for the next time!
