Legacy Vision Center

At first, my experience here was positive--but things went downhill quickly once I had an issue with my lenses. I purchased the OVO frames, which were the most expensive option available and came with a solid warranty. I also paid extra for special lens coatings that were supposed to protect against scratches. Within the first week, the lenses were already scratched--likely due to my work environment--and the damage only got worse over time. When I brought them in for a replacement under warranty, the new lenses arrived a week or two later with the wrong prescription. They caused headaches and eventually migraines. I returned again, and one of the staff members insisted everything was correct "on paper." Still, they sent the glasses out for another remake. That second pair not only had the same prescription issue, but the lenses weren't even cut properly--there was visible overhang between the lens and frame. They did fix the fit, but the prescription was still off. The lenses let in too much light, caused more headaches, and once again, I was told everything looked "correct" in the system. At that point, the employee essentially blamed me for the issue and refused to take further action or contact the lab. Out of frustration, I asked them to put my original scratched lenses back in--at least they were the correct prescription. I dealt with blurry vision until my next appointment elsewhere. Unfortunately, my mother has also had negative experiences with their customer service, so it's not just a one-time thing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place when they refuse to make things right--especially when it comes to something as important as your vision.

This was my first visit. I usually go to EyeCare Associates for my exam and Costco for glasses. I was impressed with the facility and eyeglass selection. Dr. Fulmer did a thorough eye exam and explained everything she was doing. Christy was awesome and helped me pick out some more modern frames and the best lenses for my application. Great experience overall. I will be back!

11/19/2024 I wanted to update my experience with Dr Fulmer and staff. Dr. Fulmer with all her thoroughness took the time to explain to me why she was ordering a different type of contact lenses for me. I said ok let's give it a try. It took a while for the lenses to come in ....but WOW the wait was worth it!! My vision is much better than before and to my absolute satisfaction I do not have ANY of the problems I had before. Being that I have not so good vision without glasses or contacts comfort is very important to me. Dr Fulmer NAiLED IT....my lenses feel like I am a teenager again...no discomfort AT ALL!!! Thanks you Dr. Fulmer for taking the time and concern to make my vision better. I will say it again I highly recommend Dr Fulmer for all Eye doctor. She and her staff are not only the utmost professionals but are very kind and caring. If you are looking for a great Eye doctor, end your search now. I promise you that you will be glad you did. I went to Legacy Vision today September 30, 2024 and I can absolutely recommend them as your next eye doctor!! My previous Doctor had retired and I was concerned about seeing a new doctor. Dr. Fulmer was very thorough in her examination and very thoughtful as she listened to me detail my past history. As a contact lense patient with not the best vision she was spot on with her assessment. She was through in explaining what she saw in the process. I wholeheartedly believe if you are looking for an eye doctor you can rest assure this is the place!! Also not to leave them out the front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Great job Legacy Vision Center!!!!

Very professional doctor and staff. We have had multiple eye exams and purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our eye care. The drive from Tennessee is worth the eye care we receive.

Amazing doctor and staff! I walked in on my day off looking to get my eyes checked and they worked me in with very little waiting time. The office is beautiful and each person I encountered made me feel super special. Dr. Fulmer did excellent teaching with me and found the most economical price for me. I highly recommend!!!

I love the staff here! They are always super sweet and take the time to answer my questions. I've been trying to get used to contacts and Dr. Fulmer has been very helpful in finding the right ones for me! I've also had 2 of my 4 treatments of tempsure from Jess and have loved my results! 10/10 Recommend this great group of ladies! -- And the office itself is clean, decorated beautifully and is very welcoming!

I was happy with my previous eye doctor, but my insurance changed, and I was forced to find someone that took my new insurance. I took a chance on Legacy Vision Center and Dr. Fulmer. I'm completely floored by how much better my experience has been than my previous eye doctor (and I wasn't unhappy before). Dr. Fulmer has 100% improved my dry eye problems in less than 30 days and she's not giving up. She explained how I could help myself with various methods at home. Very pleasant person to deal with, and I highly recommend.

Wow! This place is amazing! First off I was wowed by the design of the office. Beautiful and well organized. The rest of the visit did not disappoint. The doctor is amazing. She took her time with me, showed me pictures of my eyes and what she looks for, gave me great tips for caring for my eyes as I age, and was such a pleasure. Her recommendation was computer glasses, so then I spent time up front shopping for frames. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful in deciding on a frame that fit my face and looked great. For an appointment I was really dreading (I'm not a regular visitor of optometrists and have never had glasses before), I was so pleasantly surprised. To be clear, I have had a great deal of experience with other optometrists because I have 2 kids with eye stuff. The service has been sorely lacking at the other places we have been, and I will most definitely be moving all of my kids' future appointments as well. I highly recommend Legacy Vision!
