I really enjoy coming here. Dionne & Carley are great to work with. They have the personality that makes this place great! I've been coming here for over 8 years and won't go anywhere else for the selection of glasses, price, and the professionalism of the staff. . Markus is also friendly and nice to meet and work with her e mom Marc Optical.

Absolutely had the best time! Picking out glasses and extras is always hard because I have a high prescription but Carly, Kylie, and Marcus made it an extremely seamless process. I spent more money than I planned but I got everything I wanted and more. I was explained everything thoroughly and even with an insurance mishap I will continue to go back. I cannot say enough amazing things about my eye doctor and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. Carly was so welcoming and made check-in effortless, instantly putting me at ease. Markus was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. Paula's attention to detail and kindness truly stood out -- she made the experience easy and comfortable. Dionne was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. And Stephanie was the perfect finishing touch to the visit -- professional, caring, and truly invested in making sure I left happy and confident. The office runs smoothly, the atmosphere is calm and inviting, and you can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. This is hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for an eye doctor who combines expertise with exceptional customer service, this is the place. This was my first time using Marx Optical on Airport Rd in Huntsville for my eye exam and glasses. It was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and kind, the Dr was thorough and answered all my questions. Specifically Carly was fantastic, she helped me choose my frames, gave me honest feedback and was easy to work with. 5 out of 5 stars, all day long.

I had a great experience at Marx Optical. I had a specific frame in mind, walked in, and Carly worked with me every step of the way. She is amazing, knows her stuff, and made the whole experience enjoyable. While helping me, two of her previous customers came in, she recalled their experiences to a T. As a UPS driver, I know great customer service is an art form. Her personality and care make her a rockstar, and I can't recommend her enough

Marx Optical provided exceptional customer service in making my new glasses. This was the first time I had progressive lenses and the staff went above and beyond in the selection of my frames (Stephanie), the fitting of my glasses (Kristy), and the instruction of how to use/care for them (Carly). Markus was involved and helpful with the glasses, too. I am so pleased with my glasses and appreciate everyone's assistance. Our family will definitely be using Marx Optical in the future.

I just had a phenomenal exam and experience. Dr. Brock found I had scar tissue building on my eyes after cataract surgery. I went and had that taken care of. Then returned to get exam. Dr Brock is very thorough and pleasant. The staff there are amazing , friendly helpful to patients and a grate team. Carly even helped me with my Phone app. Dionne Spent time adjusting and measuring to make sure my lenses were Going to be perfect and they were. Marcus and Paula are always very welcoming and making sure everyone is being taken care of. It is so nice to Receive excellent care and attention.
