Dr. Swart was wonderful she took her time and explained to me in detail about my eye health and what we can do to make it better. I didn't just feel like a number. I felt human and special. Highly recommend. Even the front staff was engaged and helpful.

Called because I thought I had a growth or something. I saw Dr Swartz, she is great , wonderful, I had a rock or foreign body in my eye which she was able to remove with no pain , lots of wonderful ladies working there . Drs included. Very sweet and helpful . Did not have to wait long. Very convenient to Huntsville. Clean and professional. Highly recommend

My 95 year old father in law is a patient at McCoy Vision Center, and I just want to give them high marks for patient care. Old Jim had a problem the other day, and they managed to make him a speedy appointment and fit him in during their lunch period yesterday. Fantastic, and very generous with their time. Further, there was still a LOT of ice on the sidewalks and entrance way, and when Jim and his wife Elaine arrived, they had placed grippy mats over the icy areas. And a reception technician was out there to help walk him in! Just the best, most caring staff ever. Thank you!

As another reviewer mentioned, the doctor and technicians were kind and very likeable. The billing and costs were terrible. I paid a co-pay when I walked in for my appointment. I did not receive a new prescription when leaving, and upon calling back to get that sorted out I was billed again. When I went back into the office to pick it up, I was billed for a third time. Total costs, with a good health insurance plan, came out to over $130 for one routine eye exam for glasses and contacts.

First time here. I got here on time for my appointment scheduled for 1pm. At 1:25p I still wasn't seen or spoken to other than when I checked in. I had to get back to work. As I walked up to the front desk to let them know I was leaving is when I noticed the "please be patient with us" sign. I felt bad but also think that the information about starting a new system and having 2 brand new employees should have been verbally passed on to patients checking in. I had no time to wait and could have rescheduled ASAP instead of sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Also all of the lights are off in the waiting room, and it's already an uninviting atmosphere. It was really wierd. I'll be going somewhere else that's quicker and has better customer service.
