Kayla is an absolute rock star! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. After a very difficult and frustrating experience at the LensCrafters at Bridge St, Kayla stepped in and fixed everything. She stayed late to make sure I was taken care of, handled the back-and-forth with the other clinic for me, and offered a great deal. It is rare to find someone so sweet and dedicated to their customers. She is truly one of a kind and turned my whole day around. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, come see Kayla--she is the best in the business!

Very friendly and efficient staff. The office did not have a chain feel, even though there are multiple locations. They gave an option for a scan rather than dilatation - great for a mid day appointment where you have to return to work.

Dr Bullock is an the best eye doctor I've ever had. He has excellent bedside manners and you can tell he loves his job and does it well! He is the only eye doctor to finally convince my son to start wearing and enjoy wearing his glasses through a clever comment he made to him. Everyone should have Dr. Bullock as their eye doctor to enjoy this pleasant yet professional experience! Thank me later!

This has been my only eye care doctor in Huntsville. I always get a appointment quickly, where other places were 6 months or more wait. The staff is always knowledgeable and very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the building. The receptionists were warm and helpful, and Dr. Bullock truly sealed the deal. His bedside mannerism is phenomenal, and he strikes me as someone who has reached mastery in his field. Dr. Bullock took the time to explain the "why" behind the "what", which I greatly appreciated. 10s across the board!

Always satisfied and happy when coming to this location! Dr Bullock always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and he and his staff are quick and thorough with the exam portion. Unlike other optometrists I've been to, it's never taken more than around half an hour from start to finish. I've also never had anyone on staff make me feel awkward for requesting a copy of my prescription so that I can get frames from other places. I always leave feeling respected and happy with the experience.
