Sullins Eye Care Center, Inc

While I really am not a fan of going to the eye doctor, I really enjoy going to Sullins Eye Care Center. I don't wait too long when I get there nor when I am waiting in the rooms. Steve Sullin is enjoyable to talk with and takes the time to explain what is going on. They worked nicely with my insurance company and were just pleasant to deal with.

I've been going to Sullins Eye Care for several years and it's always been a great experience. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful when I'm picking out eyewear. Dr. Sullins is personable and takes the time to discuss any eye changes or concerns.

We have always loved going to Dr Sullins. The staff there treat you like family.

I went here 2022 for my eye exam . The hav office front desk and phone support were very rude but I had no issues so I got contacts and moved on. I have since had eye surgery last week actually. The eye surgery was a failed surgery and I'm going to a specialist next month. I wanted all the information I could to take with. My contact script expired August 23 which i was aware of . I started having issues in November so i moved on to a retina specialist . I called to ask just for a printout of my last prescription just to add to my file to take next month. She was very rude told me twice it was expired . I explained I understood that and that Inhad a failed surgery and just wanted all the info to give to the doctor next month. She very rudely said she would print it out. My husband got there today and she again Rudely told him it was expired which again did not matter to me ! He gets home with the sheet and she's written in sharpie expired so not fill all over it. Just tacky !!!!

Been going here for years now to get my glasses. The doctor and staff always have been great to me and treated me well. They are timely and quick on their appointments and honestly never had to wait to see the doctor. They carry a decent amount frames but are bit limited compared to some stores and cost is always an issue if you don't have insurance.

Office staff leaves much to be desired. Not professional and very rude. Went for new lenses and they proceed to make adjustments without asking permission. Now glasses are crooked and uncomfortable. Good luck if you want contact lenses as they will ask no questions about what would be right for you.

They're good opticians but they give out prescriptions that expire way sooner than anyone else I've gone to which seems to be something done for money making reasons. Do not recommend
