Vision Master

In my opinion, 5 stars isn't enough. Super friendly staff that greeted me as soon as I opened the door, and the doctors are great. The lady that did all of my pre-exam tests was super nice and made the experience much more welcoming. The optometrist worked with me after my exam to help me find the best pair of contacts for everyday use, and didn't once make me feel like a hassle. Ordering my contacts was a breeze--they helped me find the best supply plan for my insurance and my budget.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced - I can only speak for myself and my own experiences. I have been coming to this Vision Master (well, Marx Optical technically) location for about 6 years and I have experienced nothing less than excellent service. The Dr. is terrific and she will do everything she can to address your needs. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. I have gotten both contacts and glasses from this location. When I voiced my concern about my insurance only covering 3 months of contacts, they gave me extra samples and gave me samples of a cheaper brand to try. Once I forgot to pick out new frames before I got my eyes dilated and they picked out the PERFECT frames for me. I didn't even see them first (I opted not to, they didn't just pick out frames without my knowledge). They even tightened a pair of cheapo glasses I bought online for free! I cannot recommend this location more. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Paula and Alan provided some of the best service I've experienced in eye care at Vision Masters. Paula went beyond her responsibilities when she called me back after my mom's appointment was confirmed and verified additional reduced prices for her services. She passed the baton to Alan who quickly found my mom some stylish frames she wouldn't have unless these two employees worked together and provided us exactly what she needed-knowledgeable service and fast results!

I went about 3 months ago and had a glasses and contacts exam, I cannot remember the doctor I saw but he was AWESOME. The ladies behind the desk were nice enough but I don't think they used my insurance when I had given them both my insurance cards. TODAY I called and spoke with Tammy on ordering some contacts and had insurance questions. She was EXTREMELY helpful and I now have contacts ordered and covered by insurance.

Give Allen a bonus or recognition. Even though I am annoyed with my glasses and how I have to keep coming in to get them fixed to fit me. Allen is amazing so knowledgeable and helped me on my glasses. Thank you Allen. Kerry

I have been loyal customers for years and was refused services because I do not purchase products from the location. I was told in order to continue to fund the lab, they are only servicing patients who guarantee to purchase products (contacts, glasses, etc..). I did not receive a phone call or letter in the mail to address this issue. During COVID, it was understood that they were only servicing patients with an eye emergency; however, it is past due for my eye examination and was refused services while visiting the store to make an appointment.

I got some glasses a while ago with them. The doctor was helpful, but the staff was not very helpful. Everytime I put on a new pair of prescription glasses, it was like I was looking out of a fishbowl. I was not satisfied and then they found a frame that did fit me. I was happy at first, but after one year, the edge of the prescription glasses began to wear out because of the frame (making the glass dirty). I wish I had been told of this before I bought them. I went back after I saw this, and they said its not under warrenty anymore. Shall we schedule you to get a new pair? I was like NO and they lost my business. Complete waste of money. Seems like they are money hungry there. I would say definitely don't go there.

Friendly and hard working. Went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most. On multiple occasions actually. Highly recommend.
