My experience here is always phenomenal!! The entire staff is so welcoming and kind, I always feel comfortable asking questions/ feel like my needs are well met! Dr. Alderton is very knowledgeable and kind as well! I always feel informed when I leave my exam and I think he would explain the same thing to me a million times if it meant I would understand. I have a lot of eye-exam-anxiety and I always feel a lot better after talking with him. Lastly, my absolute favorite!! Linda! She is so so sweet and I genuinely look forward to seeing her each year. She takes her time helping me decide on frames each year, and I always leave confident in my choice. This year I decided to try contact lenses for the first time and the entire staff was SO helpful. I felt well informed about my insurance policy going into it, Dr. Alderton was very helpful in picking out the best option for me and my prescription, and Linda (as always) went above and beyond as she watched me try and fail to get them in (and out) the first time. I was emotional upon seeing myself clearly without glasses for the first time in years, and she was so kind to me!! I wanted to specifically say it speaks volumes about the practice itself that the employee retention is so high! I feel like with most "annual doctors visits" the staff may be polite but definitely doesn't feel as familiar. At Advanced Eyecare I've worked with the same staff for years and it's so nice to see familiar faces that remember you! 10/10!!!

I had an emergency come up on a Sunday afternoon. Dr. Sanderson picked up the emergency line on the first ring and saw me in the office within 15 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and handled calling a retina specialist and even called the pharmacist to make sure I got my medications as soon as possible. Honestly, you could not ask for better help from a doctor. I would recommend her office to anyone.

Advanced eye care has been nothing short of phenomenal I am a long time customer of them and will continue to be. If you need a good eye doctor this is your place

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Alderton is very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs an eye exam or needs a more thorough exam to find any underlying issues that may be going on with your eyes.

High pressure sales, also had exam then pressured to buy progressive glasses, they were horrible, my prescription from 4 years prior are much better,, and cost big $$. Fast forward 2.5 years, side arm breaks, their response is they don't make frame anymore and can't fix it. Will never go here again and would recommend you don't also

Dr. Christina Canales was wonderful. She handled both my husband's and my exams, and we both had a great experience with her. Husband opted not to buy glasses from their selection (he didn't find a style he liked there), but I found some cute round glasses that I've received so many compliments for. I noticed some of the negative reviews for this place seem to focus on the glasses, and you don't HAVE to buy glasses here. You can take your prescription to online retailers or wherever you would like to get cheaper options.

Exam was good, even though I question how a prescription that hasn't changed in 30 years has all of a sudden gotten better, and I developed an astigmatism in a year. That's here nor there. I was given a prescription for glasses when I left, but they don't put pupillary distance on there, so you can't order glasses without it. If you want them to measure it, it's an additional $40 fee. Only place I've ever been charged for a PD measurement, as every other eye doctor I went to put it on the prescription. Cost grab or pressure to buy there. They don't sell safety glasses that I need, so I was going to order them through my company approved vendor, but need the PD to do so.

Very thorough exam and quick turnaround on getting new lenses, both for myself and my daughter. Also great care and instruction for contacts. Unlike another reviewer said, there are prices on the vast majority of frames - only a couple had them missing. Vastly superior to my last two optometrists. (From another state.)
