Always pleasant staff coming in! Front desk are always helpful and kind. The gal that took me back for eye exam was wonderful. Dr. Belknap is always great, thorough and efficient. Now miss Bre out front was phenomenal. She definitely made the experience. Helped me pick out the best frames (proper fit but stylish)! I've been going to Dr. Watson for a couple of years now and love her and would not change. She is professional but so friendly and to the point. I trust her with my eyes and will continue to go to her. I drive close to an hour just to make this appointment but it is worth the drive.

Very clean and well laid out office. Friendly staff & everyone makes you feel comfortable. Tons of frames to choose from. Very happy with my first visit and feel well taking care of .

First experience with Eye care. Physician took time to review and discuss results and treatment plan. Staff assistance with selecting appropriate eyewear was great.

I had an issue with the glasses they gave me and after going back multiple times to have them fix them, they still couldn't fix it. I didn't want the appointment I scheduled for the next year so I cancelled it over text. I have received a text, an email, and three different phone numbers calling me the remind me that it's time to set up an appointment. I have blocked all of them and they won't stop harassing me.

For a first time patient, the wait time was minimal. Everyone was polite and professional. The process of going from eye exam/scan to glasses selection was smooth and seamless. Picking up the finished pairs of glasses was easy and quick.

Two words: Don't go. Save yourself a headache and money, go somewhere else. Bought 2 pair of glasses, paid in full. One of the two came back. Been waiting a month so far on the other pair. About a month after my appointment and order, I get a message that I still owed $57 even thought the receipt says paid.

Dr. Belnap is wonderful and he used to get 5 stars up until now he gets 3 stars. The setup for checking has made me late to places more than one time and sometimes takes 20 minutes just to checkout and leave because they're always trying to sell glasses. It is quite an inconvenience and very frustrating to say the least to have to sit and wait just to pay and leave while having other appointments to go too. By always holding me up I mean every single appointment. If it weren't for the Dr. I would leave and go somewhere else. That's how frustrating it is. Recently I've found it quite disappointing that Dr. Belnap is going somewhere I presume vacation and they needed to cancel my 9 year olds appt and move it an appointment made a year ago all the way to lovely December. WTW type of customer service for a long time customer is that?! Don't worry I'll figure it out. Don't purchase glasses from here they ignore you during pickup and don't make haste to assist you after you order them. Waited over 20 minutes just to pickup glasses. It's always this way. Horrible!!!! Thank God for Ms. Laura if it weren't for her and customer service I'd give them a 1 star review.
