I had a fantastic visit at Dr. Appel's office at Pearle Vision in Madison. Ms. Mary and Ms. Donna were absolutely wonderful--friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, and the service was professional from start to finish. Dr. Appel is a true pro. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole way through. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing eye care or new glasses!

Overall exam went well. It was the lens order that failed. Asked multiple times while ordering my lenses if single vision would be right and help with the mud vision/intermediate vision. Was assured that without bifocal my single vision would be perfectly fine. Picked up glasses and NO! Single vision won't allow me to see anything within arms reach. Previous lenses with bifocal wasn't right either. The amount of money charged for lenses only is unbelievable,,, Feel I shouldn't received better advice for the amount paid
