The doctor was amazing and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Very, very knowledgeable and sweet. I cried but that was because I have waited a long time in between eye appointments and did some irreversible damage to my eyes. Nevertheless, the doctor still made my visit good. The sales associate that helped me was Kadijah and she was amazing from the moment she said my name until I left. She was patient and nice and knowledgeable and made me almost forget that I'm going blind. She tried to help me as much as she could but my prescription is just sooo high that her hands were tied. But she still went above and beyond. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Everyone else was pleasant and I appreciate all their hard work in helping me.

Had a great experience on Monday, Dec 8th at the Madison location with both the doctor and with the staff out front. Setting the appointment up was very convenient on the phone, the doctor was knowledgeable, clear, compassionate, and honest. Khadijah helped me with selecting my lenses and glasses, and she worked with me to ensure I got what I needed and got a fair price. Thanks to all for the entire positive experience. Everybody needs a raise!

They get it right! I highly recommend American's Best Eye Center on highway 72 in Madison, AL. December 8, I walked in to fill a prescription for eyeglasses and experienced the best customer care. On entry, I was greeted kindly by the manager Katie. I found a stunning frame. Optician Khadijah, thank you! I appreciated your ability to provide and explain information that helped me get the best lens coverage, fitting, and the most out of my vision plan. Dec 12, I called (twice) and spoke to the manager Katie to request assistance for my mom's (a sage senior) eyeglasses purchase. Katie's response was consistent to what I experienced on my first visit. A willingness to provide quality customer service. Manager Katie, thank you!

The Madison, AL store was absolutely amazing. It was my first time going to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, but I'm a new fan and will definitely be a return customer. Dr. Hijazeen was the best eye doctor I've been seen by yet and explained everything he was doing and suggesting in detail to include the why. I felt like he truly cared, which I can't say for my previous eye doctors, who made me feel like I was just another number on an assembly line. After my eye exam with Dr. Hijazeen I was handed off to Optician Ms. Jamila. Ms. Jamila was just as amazing at helping me with my purchase of two different pairs of glasses (one for In-home and one for work use) as well as ordering a year supply of daily wear contacts. She also recommended joining the Eye Club which saved quite a lot on my total purchase. The over all experience here was the best I've had at any eye care location/company and will be the only one I visit in the future.

Just wanted to thank the manager, Katie! She was very knowledgeable, patient & personable with us as my wife was selecting glasses. The only recommendations I would make is that the other staff members at minimum greet customers coming through the doors with welcoming smiles! Thank you again

Was pleasantly greeted by Nichole. Felt very welcome and invited to finish up on my paperwork. The tech Sylvia was very nice and friendly as well. The doctor, doctor H was very professional and thorough on telling me on my visions health which I take very seriously. Bought two pairs of glasses and greeted by the manager Katie-very thorough,friendly, and prompt in her position. Would definitely be back again for my next appointment!

Shout out to Katie! Huge help, very kind, and thanks to her my first experience went great. Me and my wife came by yesterday to pick out my first pair of glasses and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had every issue resolved and all my questions answered. The lady who tested my eyes was very nice. Dr H was very professional and informative. Katie was outstanding and very thorough with explaining things and made sure to get my prescription perfect for my posture and everything.
