I had an excellent experience at Eye Care Associates. The entire process--from scheduling the appointment to receiving my new glasses--was smooth and professional. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and very knowledgeable. During the eye exam, the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and the level of care and attention to detail was impressive. When it came time to choose glasses, the team was extremely helpful in finding frames that fit well and looked great. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Overall, Eye Care Associates provides outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough eye exam and quality eyewear.

If you're looking for a fantastic eye doctor, look no further than Dr. Sunita Jagani, OD. She's been my optometrist for four years, and she's absolutely wonderful. Dr. Jagani keeps close track of my eye health, staying on top of diagnostics and providing expert, informed advice about my condition. I truly appreciate how much time she takes during each visit, always answering my many questions with patience and care. Her staff is equally outstanding--professional, friendly, and helpful. They also have a great selection of frames and lenses; I've purchased my glasses there every year and couldn't be happier. Simply put, Dr. Jagani and her team are the best--you'll be in excellent hands!

The doctor was amazing but I didn't have a great experience as far as customer service because it took almost a month for my daughter's glasses to come in and no one from the office advised of this and had no status update to provide when I asked when they would arrive and simply stated IDK nonchalantly. I also never received a phone call when they finally came in and had to follow up with them repeatedly which creates a bad experience for patients especially when this is considered a necessity.

The service was excellent and the Dr. Krausz was amazing. The only thing that I disliked was the upselling and pricing. I was told that it was recommended that I do a retinal imaging scan, which I was told $44 dollars and my insurance doesn't cover it. My insurance actually does cover it free of charge but I didn't understand why they push that because dilation is better and gives a better view of the eye. Next, I have never bought a pair of glasses but I was quoted a price with my insurance and some of the stuff added I had no clue why it was necessary. So the ending price ended up being more than what my insurance covered. I opted to not order through them and order through a different place. I called my insurance and I was able to get my glasses free through another third party. So, I'm unsure if the price I was quoted was actually put up against my benefits. So, based on my experience I would recommend them for service and exams. However, if you're a newbie I would recommend doing research first and calling your insurance before buying all the extra stuff for glasses.

Easy, fast, professional service. I feel like the doctors have the expertise they need. Great location and reasonable prices. I like the retinal scanner option that gives you an amazing inside look at your eyes without requiring dilation at each visit. Will continue to make this my eye care home.

I recently visited Eyecare Associates. I had a great experience. Easy check-in, easy scheduling and appointments, kind and courteous staff, thorough examination and explanation of services, reasonably priced eyewear to choose from. All my expectations were met. I highly recommend them.

I have not had this topnotch eye exam experience since moving here from Kansas City! DR Jagani and her Staff are professional experts in all areas of their positions and so friendly. Highly recommend for your eye care needs.
