I've been going to MEC for about 8yrs I think and I've always had a great experience there. I left another eye doctor in Decatur after a friend recommended them to me way back then. The staff members are very nice and helpful. Any questions I've had they have take the time to explain everything so that I'm comfortable with the answers they provided. The doctors are awesome and make sure you get the best care and service from MEC. Great showroom with all the latest styles and brands of eyewear frames. If any of my friends and family ever need new glasses, I'll recommend MEC to them!

Mariah helped me quickly and efficiently today and I am so thankful. Just to give reference, my prescription is -10.75 in both eyes so I'm very familiar with eye doctors and what is considered standard care. I had used Madison Eye Care for upwards of 10+ years along with my husband and 4 kids. Dr. Newby is the best when it comes to kids and explaining what's going on. I never left with any questions and was so informed on how children's eyes are supposed to develop and explained all the details. They changed their insurances and no longer carried ours. I was so devastated!! That was 2 years ago. Had an eye emergency and they saw me right away on the same day and was able to tell me what was going on and that I'd need a follow up in 4 weeks and we'll fix my contacts during that appointment because the other office is incompetent. Needless to say, I'm coming back to Madison eye care center. I don't care if it's a little more expensive. With my eye sight, I need a knowledgeable staff to take care of me. They also gave the best care to my son when he had a tear in his cornea. He healed so fast under their amazing care. They are fabulous all the way around!!

Went and took my son to an appointment here everyone was nice and friendly but I was told that my doctor eyes were fine and you didn't need glasses even after having two failed vision exams at school. Well come to find out he actually needs glasses pretty bad. Little frustrated because I could have ordered him glasses a week ago

7am appt. Staff immediately processed me in. Preparation procedures quickly done, some questions staff quickly answered. Post procedure smoothly performed. 2 hour return and post surgical interview went fast. Follow up contacts 2 days later performed, all is well. Looking forward for my next one. Thanks...

I highly recommend Madison Eye Care! My entire family goes here for eye exams and eye glasses purchases. They have a great staff, very friendly and helpful, the exams are extensive and they make sure to keep you updated on your eye health. I have a problem with my eyes that can change as I age and the doctors have kept on top of it. We have purchased glasses and they have the top brands and great selection in just about any style you are looking for. My daughter has broken her glasses on multiple occasions, and without an appointment they have assisted me each time.

The nicest place with the nicest people. They are so thorough and explain everything so well. I've been a patient since they opened. I never hesitate to refer because I know they will take care of my friends.

I'm a new patient here!! Dr. Parker is one of the most knowledgeable eye doctors I've ever seen before! The staff is amazing!! More businesses could learn customer service from these folks !!! I so wished I had moved to this practice years ago!!!
