This has been the most efficient eye dr I have ever used. Granted I haven't had any rx changes in my last 2 visits or any issues outside of having to go to the eye dr because I can't see a foot past my face. In my 2 visits I think I've spent 30-40 minutes total from walking in to checking out. Efficient and friendly!

Dr. Rossi and his staff are incredible. The online registration link that I received a few days prior to my visit made it quick and simple. I was seen as soon as I arrived! Like always everyone was professional and kind!

Eye Care associates are the absolute best!!! I love Dr. Rossi and his patience with answering my questions!!! I never feel rushed!! Everyone goes out of their way to provide the best service and anything you need. They are the best!!!

Excellent and friendly staff. However I've been arguing with the billing department (if you can call it that, the call center sounds outsourced) for services provided in August of last year. Its still not been resolved. Every time i ask for an itemized bill i get values that dont add up. Additionally there seems to be a tacked on tax charge (it doesnt specify what is being taxed, but just one line item for tax which seems very disproportionate to the amount i owe). I've had to visit the office multiple times to attempt resolution, they cannot help and refer to their (useless) billing department. As a broad example the very last line item charges the presented to me showed i owed around 160 (if you add up each charge), then tacks on over $30 in taxes and says total is around $320. I'm certainly not a math expert but even if you add the line items it says i owe (160) to the insane tax (30) it does not add up to 320. Billing department says (accurately) that after insurance i am responsible for $180. This matches with the invoice from my insurance. The kicker is ive already paid (the invoice shows this) $250. Its very frustrating and disruptive to have to take time out of my day for months to try to correct their billing issues when they cant even provide an accurate line item for charges. Absolutely ridiculous. Overall cannot recommend

Dr Rossi is a phenomenal doctor. Very personable and polite and extremely thorough with his explanations and recommendations. The front staff and the assistants in the back are all very friendly. My whole family loves Eye Care Associates in Prattville!!

Stopped by to inquire about eye exam. Insurance I had was good Hell getting an appointment late December to see if I could get an appointment. Good luck with that they're booked all the way to March 2026. Take my business elsewhere

All the ladies are so helpful and so sweet. I enjoy seeing smiles when going to a doctor. The Dr was amazing , I was nervous because it's been over 10 years since I went to the eye doctor. I can't wait to get my glasses.

Everyone is super nice! I just don't know if I really felt like my vision was tested thoroughly. Not what I've experienced elsewhere.
