It was my first visit to this office, as I've previously been going to another eye care provider, and I just want to say how impressed I was. I was referred here by my grandma, and I'm so glad she recommended this place. The staff is fantastic, welcoming me with bright smiles and genuine engagement that truly made me feel valued as a patient.
I especially want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Samantha. She is absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and warm personality really stood out. She knows how to create a positive atmosphere and made me feel appreciated and comfortable throughout my visit.

This is by far the best eye dr office I have been to. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. My technician was awesome! I was also able to speak to the insurance/bill representative. Even my check out clerk was compassionate. I wasn't forced to make a decision on the spot about my contacts or glasses. The Dr was LIGHTHEARTED and knowledgeable. Definitely glad to switch to this office.

The wait time here is INSANE. Not only did it take almost 2 hours for my eye appointment 2 weeks ago, but went in today to pickup my glasses and had to wait over 30 minutes. The employee who gave me my glasses helped one other person about 10 minutes after I got there, then spent the rest of their time scrolling on her computer. I arrived at 8:34, for a 8:40 appointment, did not get called back until almost 9:10. Waste of time for all people especially those who have to take off work. Time to start looking for another place, because my time is worth more.

The service at Eyecare Plus, particularly at the front desk and within the insurance department, has been very disappointing. I left a message for Elizabeth regarding paying my $25 copay and never received a return call, yet the balance was still sent to collections. The way some staff communicate with patients feels unprofessional and dismissive. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in their customer service and communication practices.

Came in with a prescription from another doctor. I dealt with a young lady optician. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to help me make the best decisions for my glasses. She was the best optician I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wears glasses. I think her name was Cassie.

Dr.Crockett quick diagnosis of a detached retina may have saved my eyesight.
The concern to make sure I got immediate help with appointment in Montgomery and emergency surgery was handled with precision and kindness. His nurse was involved thoroughly with immediate assistance. I am grateful and blessed that I walked into that office September 26, 2024.
