I had a great experience at my eye doctor appointment. The doctor was extremely informative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of the exam. I really appreciated how she answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. Her professionalism and willingness to educate me about my eye health made the appointment very enjoyable. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

This was my first visit to Premier Eye Care, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and personable they truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Dr. Rose was absolutely exceptional. She is down to earth, takes the time to really listen, and genuinely shows care and concern. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. Overall, an amazing first experience. I highly recommend Premier Eye Care and Dr. Rose to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service!

Dr. Rose and her staff were amazing! The office was clean, modern, and inviting. I was greeted immediately when we came in by the sweetest front desk ladies, they gave me the new patient paperwork and had us checked in quickly. My son is 4 years old and was pretty nervous for his first eye exam. They took their time, explained everything they were doing and made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Rose's nurse even let him see the photos she took of his eyes which he thought was so cool! And when she sensed that he was nervous about one machine, she allowed him to sit in my lap while she was working and took her time getting the required images. Then when Dr. Rose came in the exam room, she spoke to my son and took the time to make a personal connection with him. He brought his stuffed animal giraffe with him, and Dr. Rose looked in the giraffes eyes first so my son would feel more comfortable with the exam! She clearly explained her notes with me and I did not feel pressured into getting started with treatment. We will definitely be back for his annual check ups. Now, he isn't nervous at all to go to the eye doctor and is actually looking forward to his next check up! I would recommend Dr. Rose and her staff to anyone who asks. What a blessing they are!!

First visit with an eye doctor ever. It was the greatest experience! From the front office staff all the way to the end I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care I received. Everyone was kind and thorough with their explanations. They reassured me throughout the entire process. I didn't get the diagnosis I wanted, but she also reassured me that I'd be in great hands in the near future. I will always come back to this practice for glasses and I will recommend everyone I know.

Dr. Rose is literally the best eye doctor I've ever had! Knowledgeable, personable, and her staff are too! I love that at every part of my experience they listened and answered all of my questions. The Prattville building is very nice inside with plenty of parking. I also love that you can book appointments online! Super convenient for someone on the go with work.

Dr. Rose was so nice and thorough in her examination. She answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had. She is very patient and knowledgeable, which made this an enjoyable visit. The staff members I had contact with were also very nice and personable. However, my favorite part of the whole visit was sitting in the lobby chairs. Those were the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in when it comes to medical offices. But in all seriousness, my first visit here went very smoothly. I had no problems whatsoever and felt very well taken care of by everyone!

Dr. Rose is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional. She is easy to talk to and made my teenager feel comfortable during her first eye exam. She's a great listener and truly cares about her patients.
