ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the people to the service. They are interpersonal, kind, great bed side manners. I can't say enough about this location @ 133 Chalkville location. Not just one but EACH personnel member here simply marvelous! Products also great. Went to another location a couple years ago asks NOPE!!! Leaving here YASSSS HUNTEE I can see she they make sure you leave with a smile just because. Praying kingdom blessings on them ALL. See you guys next time :)

Our whole family has been going to Zac Steele for our vision needs for years. They take great care of us, we are always in and out efficiently, and they always have a great selection of eye wear. Dr Steele even diagnosed a vision disorder in my youngest son, which was causing issues with his ability to read. Dr Steele was able to treat it with Vision Therapy and he made a full recovery. It was a life changing diagnosis for my son, who was really struggling with school. I can't recommend them enough!

My family and I had been patients for over 20 years. Drs. Pierce and Steele are really good, BUT since they went to My Eye Dr.com the office is total chaos. From wrong glasses frames, wrong prescription lens, horrible customer service and phones mostly go unanswered. My son had something scratch his eye at work and I was unable to get a person on the phone to have him seen by a doctor. Needless to say, we have found another optometrist.

Great experience here. I had something in my eye that was bothering me for 2 days. I called and was able to come to the office right away. The doctor removed the problem. I was very please with the staff being able to fit me in with my eye problems. Highly recommended.

The front office staff and Dr. Badraitis were WONDERFUL. I am very disappointed in the sale tactics of the eye wear. They quoted me almost $500 JUST for lens. When I told that was ridiculous he made some adjustments in the computer than came up with high $300 and had there were several add ons that I was not told about and did not need. It was highly manipulative and very shady. I asked for my prescription and purchased my glasses elsewhere. I will return for my eye exam only.
