Not very good about returning yr phone calls. And have been giving me the runaround for a month maybe alittle longer. They broke my glasses twice. But accidents happen. That's not the part that troubled me. When I would call they keep making up excuses and putting me off.. I was told I would get a refund and I haven't received it..
