I had an outstanding experience at MyEyeDr. in Trussville, and I'm genuinely impressed with how professional and welcoming the entire team was from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the reception team greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for the visit. Evan, the technician, was excellent, patient, thorough, and very clear in explaining each step of the exam process, which made everything feel comfortable and efficient. Dr. Alana was equally impressive. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question without rushing. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to leave with full confidence in their eye health. My visit ended with Jessica, and she absolutely made the entire experience exceptional. She went above and beyond helping me choose the right pair of glasses, explaining what styles worked best for my face shape and what lens options would fit my needs. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the selection process easy and enjoyable. This location delivers top-tier customer service, professionalism, and expertise at every step. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rodell is great. She listens and addresses my concerns completely. Jessica Hopkins was also great helping me with my eyewear purchase and not pushing for add-ons I was not interested in like so many have in the past. A very pleasant experience!

I had a great experience with Dr. McGowan today. Also want to shout out Jessica who helped me tremendously to pick out new glasses that were perfect for me. She was super understanding when there was a temporary problem with my WEX card. So glad she's back at this Trussville My Eye Dr location!
