Took my 9 year old last week, and everyone was so nice! The young guy who done her eye exam was so sweet, and patient with her! Highly recommend! Planning to definitely make an appointment for myself!

Running about 10 minutes late for my first visit ITEC, I called this office to a. reschedule the appointment, or b. come on in. After the receptionist was rude, and put the phone down without telling me, I was told to come on in.
Upon my arrival, I encountered the most unacceptable unprofessional staff members I've ever seen at a doctors office. I was scolded, and disrespected by the front desk lady, for being a few minutes late. But then the tech who took me back was impatient, belittling and had zero empathy for dealing with a patient. Dr. Ware was not as terrible as her staff members, although I would NOT suggest this O.D. for her manners, if this is of importance.
My check out experience was by far THE WORST EVER. Lady that checked me in, checked me out and was out right confrontational, putting me in tears. All because my appointment ran 15 minutes into their 1.5 hour office lunchtime. I cannot imagine EVER walking back into this "practice" again and DO NOT SUGGEST ITEC in Wetumpka, Alabama to anyone seeking a professional medical office. Scale of 1-10, I give a 0!
