Dr. Craig Begin and Associates, LLC

I'd been struggling to get a good prescription for progressive lenses for several years and Dr Begin got it right first try. It's a delight to be able to see well near and far. Highly recommend!

I'm a return customer of Dr Begin because of his thoroughness and he takes the time to answer any questions. His staff are great with any questions regarding insurance. The convenience of location at the Dimond Center and the ability to make and change appointments online simplifies everything.

I was referred here due to my insurance and was truly grateful for it . Customer service from the moment I walked in until I left was great. From checking in , to a quick eye exam and to me being able to leave satisfied by getting glasses as well. Thank you again for the awesome service! I plan on coming to this location more often!

He was very friendly and extremely informative. He answered all of my questions as well as provided me additional information. Not only was he amazing but his office staff was as well! Jeremy is so amazing and I am so glad I have a place to go that does not make me feel like another number or someone they need to get in and out really quickly. I will definitely be doing my yearly eye exams there from now on

The doctor is great, accurate and efficient. I wouldn't order glasses here because the receptionist asked for my same information 4 times. When placing my order I asked for them to see what's in stock as I need my glasses ASAP. They said (before inputting my order) that they had what I needed in stock and they'd be ready in 1 hour. They then send me an email saying it wasn't in stock and I have to wait 7-14 days, and by then I won't even be in town for pickup. (Which is why I asked about availability beforehand.) If I could, I would cancel my order and go elsewhere. All in all, the eye exam took about half an hour with pprwrk included. The ordering part took almost an hour and a half, I'm assuming because no one trained the lady helping me.

The whole team was great. From intake to the exam. Dr. Begin also was very thorough and explained why I was having issues. Made sure that I knew if my headache and strain did not clear up to come back and let him know. Great experience and I will be back when I need my next exam.

Craig you was nice you talk me through the exam now I won't know how the glasses work until I get them back in a week I do know I need them but I do know when Dr.Craig finished they didn't feel dye thank you you will be my eye Doctor's for now on thank you I pray that GOD Blesses you and who ever is connected to you abundantly have a blessed and joyful day Cross
