Everyone was very nice. I just went in to see how much a pair would be for my extra glasses. The lady with the iPad checked my I insurance and when hubby gave me the card she said I could also use the fsa card. Made an appointment for the next day since it was pretty late for an eye exam and glasses. The lady was also nice enough to save my pick of glasses for the next day. Next day I came in for the exam and glasses. Left all satisfied with glasses and sunglasses. Now hoping they will be mailed before I leave on mo day for wor bc I lost my only pair tha I wear atm.

The eye doctor at the location was a really cool guy who shared some small talk stories and helped me better understand my eye exam results and what was going on.
After that process, the assistant manager, Kathy I believe; helped walk me through the process of getting new prescription glasses utilizing the eye insurance I have through my work. She was incredibly nice and professional, and made the whole process a breeze.
I would recommend this store to anyone looking to get a new eye exam or pair of glasses. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or intimidated from entering to exiting the store with my glasses.

Have mix experience past 2 years, last year good experience 5 star, this year 1 star, had to cancel order because wasn't correct frame, was trying to order the Meta HSTN , kept talking about it, ordered the None Meta , didn't notice until I got home, I guess Alaska Lenscrafters don't carry the Meta, only online

Yesterday I needed an eye exam. I walked into the back to the sigh that said eye exam, gave my information to Grace, 5 's. Grace took my information and let me know there was an appointment in 45 mins available. Craig was sitting next to her they confirmed my Medicare info. 15 minutes later Grace took me back and started my eye exam. I was thrilled. I finished my eye exam in about 10 minutes with Dr. Craig it was a great experience, also this crew was very courteous I enjoyed my experience and would go back.

I like my new glasses but the service during this visit was terrible. The vision tech was extremely rude, not thorough and dismissive letting me know through body language that she was done dealing with me and the 1700 USD pairs of glasses that she was forced to fit for me was just too much to ask. When I purchased the glasses I was treated very differently by a different tech, who was caring , pleasant and concerned- and working for commission I'm guessing. But she acted professional and was a pleasure to deal with.
