I have always had a good experience here at Turnagain Eyecare, and have been a client for 15+ years. Staffing has been reasonable. Wait times for appointments and completion of eyewear / contacts have been reasonable. It's a convenient location and the reception area is comfortable. You can browse the glasses, of which there is a good selection, while you wait. I find Dr. Reinke to be professional and kind. Also very customer service oriented. For example, she has ordered several trial pairs of contacts for me, so that I could make sure I was ordering the appropriate type. I recommend Turnagain Eyecare.

Took just shy of 6 months to get my contacts that were on "back order"... I used insurance and prepaid the copay for a years worth and told her to order them up. I only recieved 6 sets of contacts (enough for 6 months) and they were the wrong scrip!!! Went to Costco, they got me sorted out and had contacts in my hand in a week. Needless to say, I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

The worst place ever. I went in to order my glasses, paid for it at the time did not get a receipt back. I called several times to check if my glasses had arrived, did not get any answer from the front desk. Three weeks after went to the office it took them two hours to find my glasses. I asked for a receipt, somehow they could not give me one. I got a piece of paper which automatically I realized I was charged twice. The doctor said she will email me the rest of the receipt . Several calls later I have not received a receipt yet. If you like to waste your time and your money please see these people.

I wouldn't recommend. It's taken over 3 weeks to get my contacts in, they never called me when my glasses came in and they also conveniently "forgot" to add a charge to my account and failed to call me and tell me about it till I went in to pick up my glasses. They are nice people, but have poor communication and just poor overall business ethic.

I have received better service at Walmart eye clinic and regret going to this place!! I went to this office for contacts as it was close to my home. I was then greeted by the receptionist who then turned out to be the doctor. She was the only one there!! She questioned me repeatedly about having insurance almost like she didnt beleive i was an insured customer. She told me i should get glasses first as they were more expensive and I could still get both contacts and glasses but it would be better use of my insurance. Sure enough after my exam and payment for glasses she told me i had to wait till next year to get my contacts and i could only get glasses. Stupid me i waited a whole year and came back again next year when i was eligible AND STILL HAVE NO CONTACTS. I clearly told her i came back for a contacts exam but once again she suggested i get a new pair of glasses. I wasted a lot of time away from work only to end up with glasses and a raggedy pair of TRIAL contact lens that ripped a week later while on i was on vacation. And the only reason i managed to get the trial pair was because i made a big fuss in the office about it. This lady does not listen to what her patients are requesting and is only promoting glasses! The wait times are bad even if you have an appointment. She makes you come back for multiple appointments just to get one thing done. She billed my insurance for contacts i never received because SHE claims she forgot to order them and then acted like she did not want to give me a copy of my contacts perscription. She also LIED and told me she would call my insurance to reverse my benefit so i could get contacts elsewhere. I am on the phone as I type this with my VSP to see why I am not eligible for contacts until next year. I NEVER GOT THE CONTACTS I ORDERED!! Worst, slowest service i ever had. If you are elderly, wear only glasses and dont mind waiting in an office or coming back for multiple visits for one thing then this is the place for you. I would never recommend this place to ANY of my friends or family. She needs to hire more help and give patients what they are wanting!!

Dr. Reinke has been fantastic with all of my families eye care. This includes an emergency with an unscheduled walk in. I can't thank her and her staff enough for their professionalism and utmost care. Our eyes are in good hands!

We had a fine visit the first time, but our second visit was very unorganized and awkward. The office staff insisted our insurance didn't cover the appointment, but the agent on the phone affirmed it was covered. We waited over an hour.

I cant say enough about the patience , the sincerity, and personal attention that my eyrs6 and I got, especially since I was with Medicaid,, where most ppl. Accept medicaid , but treat the patients who carry it clearly differently. I am grateful for businesses that treat clients like family , thank you turnagin eye care!!
