From the very first encounter with PCLI's scheduler, Sara, to the check in at the front desk, (don't remember the two wonderful ladie's names), to my initial evaluations with Dr. Paul Barney and Dr.Robert Gibbs, to my actual cataract surgeries with Dr. Michael Seward and the amazing team I was attended by in the operating rm (MA's Daidres & Grachelle, RN Janeen and CRNA Arlissa & a few others who's names I don't know) and my post op evals, my entire experience at PCLI was outstanding. Everyone there was professional, caring and compassionate. They made me feel welcome right from the beginning. They listened to my questions & concerns. They took the time to explain the process to me. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable there. I am so very pleased with the outcome of my cataract surgeries. Would give them a 10 rating if it was an option!

Everything about PCLI is first class. From the front desk to the OR I received top tier care. Employees seem happy to be there and serve customers and the doctors (3 that I interacted with) were exceptionally skilled and caring. I highly recommend this organization. (I do have a general caution that a cataract patient should allow plenty of time for appointments. (I think one would find this at any clinic,). It is a time intensive process to assess the eyes and to make measurements necessary for a good outcome.

I found the staff to be incredibly caring and explained all the procedures in details. The doctor that did the actual procedure took all the time in the world to explain what was going to happen in different ways that my eyes could be numbed. I chose the injection to completely numb my eye instead of just the eye drops. I Didn't feel anything at all and its actual procedure was over in 10 minutes. What took the longest was waiting in a room full of other people who were waiting for the procedure. I was one of the last ones so I spent about an hour and a half just sitting in a room waiting where they could've brought me in at a later time in the morning. What I didn't care for was they played what appeared to be elevator music, but in fact was religious church music throughout their office and procedure area. They asked if you wanted to pray with staff before the procedure. Also, after the procedure was done, they gave you a bag with directions for after the procedure, but it also included a book about Christianity. I felt it was extremely unprofessional to push the owners's religion on patients. I asked the staff what was the religious music about and they told me well. The owner wanted to share his religious beliefs with the patient. If I would've known that, I was going to be inundated with religion, I would've chose another cataract surgeon.

I was very impressed by everyone at PCLI. All staff and doctors have been informative and friendly. I had a great experience with my cataract surgery and am so pleased with the results. Thanks for the easy and reassuring experience.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, competence and caring of every employee that I encountetred. It is not often in an office setting that everyone plays from the same sheet of music. Probably the most impressive thing is the prayer before the surgery. That is just awesome!! A lot of doctors give the impression that they are God. THANK YOU. I am a repeat customer as Doctor Ford removed a cataract from my left eye is approximately 1995 and at that time handed out vests with your company name. I enjoyed most aspects of my eye surgery experience with PCLI. Dr. Gruzensky inspired confidence and did a fine job replacing my lenses. Staff was friendly and the office seemed clean, comfortable and efficient. Dr. Barney who did post op check ups was also a pleasant person to work with. One thing I wish I would have received was more information and guidance re: choosing far distance vs close up. Also, it was a bit difficult after my surgeries because they were out of stock for far distance corrective lenses so I could not drive until after my one week follow up appointment with my regular eye doctor.

I really felt comfortable in the entire process. Everyone was so very kind and supportive. The system you have is amazingly smooth. It's efficient but a bit impersonal. Nothing that would make a difference though! Thank you all so very much!!!

I recently took my mom to Dr. Michael Seward for cataract surgery, and we couldn't be more grateful! The entire team, from the pre-op to the surgery and post-op, was incredibly caring and supportive. They made her feel comfortable every step of the way. The procedure went smoothly, and her vision has improved significantly!
