Very kind soul and very helpful guy Mr.Sean. He deserves a raise. The store was about to close, but he didn't show a sign of frustration. Just glad to help. Overall the contacts tho are very overpriced. But Mr.Sean definitely made my stay better.

Employees were lovely and did their best, but that was my only good experience. They have a doctor FaceTime you for the exam and I wasn't even able to walk out with my prescription. What a joke. I'm not sure whose idea it was to call the doctor rather than have them work, but I'm not impressed. Again, no issues with the staff, just this awful business model

Everyone reviewing this place highly has never been to a local, privately owned optical provider. The staff is nice and all, but it's painfully obvious that the company they work for only cares about making as much money as humanly possible, which is why they do virtual eye exams. It's also why there are more customers than staff, so you end up waiting a long time after your exam just to get helped, even though you scheduled an appointment. I literally had the time to write this during the 30+ minutes I've been waiting after my contacts exam. Again, the staff is great, but this office is so painfully corporate that it honestly disgusts me.

Not accustom to the telehealth virtual eye exam, but the staff was very helpful. Kelsey informed me the price match with Costco and I was able to save a couple hundred dollars on contacts. Jay and the other manager were both very nice and accommodating.
