Clear Vision Optometry

I've had some trouble trying to schedule a vision exam with two other optometry offices. Luckily I found Clear Vision online and was able to schedule an eye exam the next day. Front desk was very welcoming. Got checked in and out really quick. This was my first official eye exam in a while so I was quite nervous, but I was treated with such great care here. Vanessa was very sweet and friendly. Dr. Riley was very patient and reassuring. He shared lots of information about my vision, and answered all of my questions/concerns. I'm glad I decided to go with this office instead. They were able to squeeze me in for another appointment as well. Awesome service!

Dr. Personett is thorough and interested in his patients, we really like him.

I've had some bad experiences elsewhere in town, but Dr. Riley was great! Refreshingly excellent customer service with a very personable and knowledgeable optometrist. 10/10 recommend!

We winter in Arizona and wait until we come back to Fairbanks. Dr. Chad Personett and Dr. Riley are both wonderful!! Kelly in there office is so wonderful! She really makes sure all your questions are answered. I have been going to Clear Vision since they opened and my husband has been going about 11 years now.

The professional nature and quality of care at Clear Vision is excellent! Dr. Personnet is a wonderful doctor and the staff and nurses were helpful and seemed to love their jobs. The selection of eyeglasses and the help choosing the right pair were also great. Seriously the best optometry office in Fairbanks, and maybe in all of Alaska.

Dr. Chad Personett and his staff exceeded my expectations with regard to delivery of information, empathy and listening. The atmosphere in the office is so nice and easy with an obvious mutual respect emanating from and to everyone. After four years here, we have found our eye clinic!

I wish I could give them less stars. When I called to ask if they accepted my insurance they said yes. After I get there fill out a bunch of paperwork and wait 30 mins I had an exam AFTER i get out they tell me I have to pay up front out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me. They NEVER mentioned the whole time they were out of network and my visit wouldn't be covered by the insurance they said they take.

Dr Personett is a wonderful doctor. Professional and excellent with all ages!
