Always come here for new glasses made the mistake of going to Costco! Never again!! Pam and the ladies absolutely know what they are doing!!! From the exceptional customer service to the great quality of glasses they are top-tier I will always recommend them to anyone for glasses or sunglasses!! It's rare that you find a place with such exceptional customer service as this. This is my first glasses experience, and I had scouted a couple of other locations prior to this, but was stuck not knowing which frames looked good on me. The ladies at Image Optical have an eye for which frames best suite your face, they immediately realized I needed a petite sizing, which no one had told me that before. They were honest about what looked good on my face, and I so appreciate that. They made the process SO easy and the customer service was beyond incredible! I won't go anywhere else for my frames/lenses.

I broke the arm of my glasses just after we left for our 2 week Alaska vacation. I went to Image Optical to see if they could repair my glasses while we're in Fairbanks. The store is very appealing and the staff are incredibly friendly. They put a new arm on my glasses and now I'll be able to see all the sights on our amazing vacation. THANK YOU!

I love this place! I first found Image Optical at a Women's Affair event where they were selling $99 frames. Since them, Ive bought multiple frames from them over the years. They are so kind, informative, and professional. They have an excellent selection of glasses, and I alway find something I like. This past week, two of their employees helped me decide on four pairs that I could not make up my mind on. They are the best! Would highly recommend for quality glasses.

This is the BEST eyewear place in Fairbanks hands down. If you want excellent customer service before, during and after the sale then look no further. We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed in the level of care and service we have received. Give them a shot and I know you will be as pleased as we were. They have loads of experience and will treat you right. They also stand by their products and make it right if something breaks that shouldn't.

I highly recommend this business. They are experienced experts with finding eyeglasses that look good on you and meet your prescription needs. I have purchased high quality sunglasses from them for years, and now that I need prescription lenses I am using them. If you are in need of glasses of any type I can't recommend them enough! Please folks...always use trained experienced opticians .. when buying your glasses and getting them adjusted. I made a mistake by having my glasses adjusted by a chain store. I came out seeing double vision and there was nothing they could do...to adjust the temples they said. The propeller twist in the bridge was their solution to fix my vision. So my seeing was SO off. I always used Image Optical while living in Fairbanks...but when retired and traveling, but went to chain store for a quick remedy of my vision. Wrong decision!! That didn't work. So I went to my faithful Image Optical. Katie was very happy to help me SEE AGAIN miraculously Today, I brought my husband with similar vision issues, from the the same chain store. HE is SEEING AGAIN..and looking better again.. by getting his frames adjusted professionally.
