They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the front of the eye to the back, and answered all of my questions without rushing. The staff was also efficient and welcoming. You walk in this very nice optic office to a staff that were very approachable, professional, and kind. They were able to get me in as a walk in new patient. Which was very cool because I was over due for an exam and I ran out of contacts. Dr Rugama was very pleasant, kind, professional, and her explanations were very thorough, which all made me feel confident that I chose the right place. I was fortunate I was walking by and saw the cool glasses display, so I walked in and I was greeted by and professional kind staff that got me in as a walk in new patient. Dr Rugama was caring, professional, and kind. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I walked into the right place to get my eyes thoroughly examined. I was even given trials to walk out with.

The doctor was very professional and seemed fairly knowledgeable, BUT their office can not tell you what your insurance will cover, must pay full amount up front, then receive a CREDIT when your insurance pays, totally NOT acceptable. you are treated like a CUSTOMER not a patient by the office staff.
