The staff at Lifetime Eyecare has always been very friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help me over the last year when I had a very bad eye infection. Dr. To is the best eye Dr. I have ever seen. He has an excellent staff working with him and behind the scene. I will forever be thankful everyone there.

Every person I worked with today during my appointment was absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant to return because I had heard the doctor helps you through telemed but my daughter had a great experience with it so I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I'm getting prescription glasses but I also opted to try the new nuance audio hearing glasses. Their staff allowed me to bring them home to test and I was so pleased to hear conversations with staff. I'm also buying those.

The staff at Lifetime Eyecare are friendly, helpful, and attentive. My glasses and contact fittings have been seamless and any delays are communicated effectively. Jenica is knowledgeable and worked with my doctor, Dr. To, to fit my contacts, which are particularly a unique prescription. They took quite a long time with me individually to make sure that it is a quality fitting.
During my eye glasses fitting Ashlee helped me pick a pair. I had several selected that I liked in the online catalog, and she took the extra time to locate each one and even help me narrow down to the pair I ultimately chose! That individual attention provided left me happy and grateful.
Charish seamless schedules my appts and responds quickly to text and calls with any changes or scheduling modifications I need.
I will continue to use Lifetime for my eyecare needs.

The customer care and professional service here is awesome. The staff is extremely caring, friendly, helpful and organized. It is evident that they love what they do and that they take pride in their work. Dr. To is also amazing. He goes above and beyond in his patient care, taking time to thoroughly explain things, making sure all questions are answered. He is very personable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was provided with helpful, kind, detailed service during my eye exam and the process of selecting and purchasing frames/lenses. Jenica, Alison, and Ashlee were very patient with me as I took a while selecting my frames/lenses. They researched my insurance, billing, and lense questions thoroughly and clearly. Conner was efficient, kind, and professional as he assisted the doctor with the tele-visit exam. The eye exam part that occurred online went very smoothly and was much better than I had expected.
