I believe Marcus started my eye axam and he walked me through it all and he was extremely helpful, so was the optometrist. Michelle is the associate who helped me make my final selection and she provided sincere, excellent service. The associates here are genuinely happy, and helpful. I can't remember the last time I experienced service like this and I will absolutely be returning for more business and referring and family and friends to this location because it was an easy pleasant process and its really appreciated. Seriously, excellent staff!!!!! Highly recommend this location!

Never got eyes dilated as they were in to big of a hurry to go to lunch. (UPDATE) I was contacted yesterday Jan. 21st from America Best and spoke with a lady named Diane. She was very professional and apologized for what had taken place and it is being taken care of. She also is going to refund me my cost and sending me coupon for a discount on the glasses I pick out. I was very pleased they read and listened to my review and made things correct. Thank you again Diane

I had a bad experience with Americas Best glasses. I called corporate who called the store in Apache Junction, AZ. The manager called me and I went in. Michele H. made a generous offer. She did not have to do this. Michele H. went above and beyond any expectations I had. I hope the company honors her. She deserves it. Corporate should know, because of her, we hot another pair of glasses.

They dont help people that have no vision insurance. They used to be $45 for a simple eye exam now its nearly $100 and they dont allow half down and half once glasses are ready 2 weeks later. What a joke. Americas WORST sounds better. Keep looking there's so many other better deals out there. This place should go out of business.

I already referred 2 friends here. This place was very good to me, they are all professional, and I will be taking my daughter and wife here as well. If you ever want to know how to run a business to earn repeat customers, go here and see how they do it. I felt like I was welcome and not an inconvenience they had to deal with. I'm not always nice with my reviews, but I AM always honest. i would refer anyone here. They had (maybe still have?) a special for glasses and an exam, and your choices weren't just 6 or 7 pairs to pick from. They had several rows included in the special. I will be going back here whether they have a special or not. I liked how they treated me.

A lense fell out of a pair of glasses that I had not purchased at America's Best. Both lady employees who were working there went above and beyond to put the lense back in and identify an irregularity in my frame which caused it to come out. I will be buying new glasses there soon.
