Dr. B was excellant. She was very thorough, took her time. I did not feel rushed at all. Asked me allot of questions which helped me understand her exam. I ended up with selecting new progressive and tinted lenses for both my reading and driving clarity.

Monday December 15th 2025 I went and ordered my 3rd pair, lightly tinted Prescription glasses. Now I got Prescription sunglasses, Prescription clear glasses and Molly is the best saleswoman. She's awesome! My Prescription clear glasses was not fitting me correctly, keep on sliding down. I told Molly and she went and did her tuning and now it's fitting my nose perfectly without sliding down. Now I don't have to use nose pads anymore. How wonderful

Went back to Walmart Vision & Glasses to make sure they had the frames I keep coming back for (the third time). They did. Fortunately, Dr. B comes in on Fridays to do eye exams. I am 71 years old and I have never had such a thorough and revealing eye exam that included additional health concerns. Not to mention, she has a marvelous sense of humor. Speaking of which, Molly (who measures for fit and scrutinizes your insurance) is the happiest, most friendly salesperson I've sat across from in a long time. If anyone finds a customer service rep more fun and helpful than Molly, please let me know. (Also want to mention Sherie who made my appointment and was super friendly.) I'm talking about the Walmart on Apache Trail and what a crack team they have right now.

Dr. Merrill at the Signal Butte location is as good and thorough as always- willing to answer any questions without hesitation, which we appreciate. This year I decided to order my glasses from the Apache Junction location, and I'm so glad I did, otherwise I would not have met Molly. She is so knowledgeable- and fun! She made the whole process, which is usually pretty mundane, a nice experience with her cheerful personality. I never had such a good time buying glasses! Molly, thank you for making my day! And I love my new glasses! I couldn't have picked the perfect pair without your "insight!"
