I was concerned at first meeting when I offered a handshake that was politely declined. As my appt progressed, I noticed meticulous sanitary operations, and preventive office habits that all employees had.
The doctor's hands were preop clean so I was eased of my initial impression and well pleased with this office's people and processes. The opthalmologist Dr. noticed irregularities in my eye and scheduled tests and other followup. Excellent!!!!

Since my surgery has not occurred yet, I have no reason to rate up or down. I was not pleased when I asked him "what can go wrong"? His answer was, "I've done 75000 of these". While that is all well and good, it by no means answers my question. I found his response insensitive at best and at worst, rude.and uncaring.
