Horrible customer service. My daughter and I decided to try this location because the location we normally go to is always pretty busy. While picking out frames the receptionists were whispering and talking about us. Made both my daughter and myself uncomfortable. After waiting two weeks for her glasses to come in we hadn't received a call. So I called and they said they were there ready for pickup. I told them we would be in the next day to get them. About an hour later I received a call and voicemail from them stating we needed to pick them up that day or they would start the shipment process. We weren't even notified when they were ready and then put on a time frame of not even a day. The only part of our experience with them that was good was when we actually met with the eye doctor who was very nice and respectful. If you choose to go to Nationwide I would suggest choosing another location than the Apache Junction location. That is if you want to be treated decently and be notified when your glasses are ready. We will not be going back.

Dr. Baldwin and team went above and beyond taking the time to help my daughter. Every other eye appointment (for the past six years) has left us felt shuffled in and out, just enough to get by until next year... today they showed us they truly care about their patients and will put in the effort to truly help them.

Had to shout out Abby and Rain, helped fix my granddad's glasses at no charge. Great sense of humor and customer service driven. They did not have to do what they did to help us out, but they did with out a question. We will be calling this store for all our future exams and glasses and repairs!

They aren't properly equipped to do diabetic testing. Also weren't ready with insurance info, left without knowing cost of exam. The glasses they sold me are wrong because the exam was a bad one. I found this out when I had my eyes examined again at The Kentucky Eye Institute. Now I have great glasses and can see properly again.

The store doesn't deserve a one star. My lenses were made totally wrong shape didn't even fit in the frame. Between the no phone call to even let me know my frames that arrived, to the not telling me that they were closing early the day I chose to come pick up my frames a month later, to the inappropriately dressed girl standing out in the parking lot who happened to be the person working the counter that day with somebody else also in the store. Manager tells me my prescription was too much for the frame I had no idea what the lenses would turn out like until they were in the glasses. Coincidentally I complain I take my glasses to another store the manager there since my glasses off to get fixed with the frames ship to the lab as well so somebody wasn't trying to make them blindly. There's a correct way and an idiot lazy way to do things In the store pick the idiot way to do it

very rude. poor service. When to ask for a new replacement of glasses for my daughters, whatever dude "helped" me didn't really do much. he was to call health choice for a prior authorization for their glasses, which supposedly him couldn't get a hold of them. said he was gon keep trying and call me at the end of his shift, well he never did. a week has gone by an nothing. manager even told me that theres was nothing she could do but wait.

Horrible customer service at this location. They have no idea what they are doing, and made my 86 year old grandma go in there twice, filled out their book of paperwork EACH time we went. Called her before the appointment and said they were all set and ready for her, paperwork filled out, and were told that they can't confirm her insurance BOTH times we went. We left and I called her insurance, turns out they accept nationwide and my grandmas insurance was active. Still didn't take care of her and gave us attitude the whole time. Especially the two lady's at the front desk!

Went in for an appt and was taken care of respectively and promptly. The Dr was great and addressed my concerns as I asked them. My glasses were in in 6 days. My 6 yr old autistic daughter had an exam 2 days later and they were fabulous with her!! Told her what every machine did and went through the exam strep by step. The Dr was so nice to her it made not only her feel comfortable but me as well. She picked out her frames and cried when we had to give them back so they could get her a new pair and put her lenses in.
Got a letter today in the mail addressed to her it said her glasses were ready. The second i told her they were ready, she jumped for joy and can not WAIT to go pick them up!!! Makes me very happy they made her feel comfortable amd made me happy she wanted her glasses. Going to pjck them both up monday after she gets out of school!
