The Doctor is amazing. Very sweet & kind. As are the scheduling desk & the staff who do the exams. I wish I could give them 5 stars separately. However, the office staff in the front are the worst. They make you feel like you're bothering them to do their job. They don't explain anything, offer to help measure or size, offer different types of lenses; ALL the basic things that a person working at an eyeglass store should do. I'd rather take the time & drive to the other location in Goodyear where all the staff are amazing. Please do better.

Online booking is clear and easy. The place is clean and people are attentive. Doctor explains things well. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because every time I have gotten my glasses there (last 3 years) I have issues with the quality and the fit. It takes a minimum of 2-3 trips before things are 'acceptable' but I never feel it's perfect. Just picked up my new computer glasses today and literally can't use them because everything is blurry. Here we go yet again

BEWARE--HOLD ON TO YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPTS! My husband and I went to this facility in October 2025. Before you leave the optometrist's office you have to pay your copay and before your glasses are ordered you need to pay your copay. We recently received bills for the copays we already paid and we are now in a situation of having to prove we paid our copays. Unfortunately the services provided were also lacking in quality...my husband had to have his glasses redone because he could not read with them.

Unfortunately negative reviews are valid. Unprofessional front staff. Unfriendly. Not helpful. I was not informed of anything my insurance paid. Upon pick up my glasses were adjusted very badly and I will be going to the Goodyear office instead. Back staff and doc were awesome.

Dr. Stowers is amazing! Such a beautiful and knowledgeable gal! They got me back early with no wait time and everyone was very pleasant. Dr. S. Did not over treatment plan and took her time with me to explain and show me what she was seeing and made it very elementary to understand! I will definitely be back! :)

The front office staff is not friendly at all. I left because the guy that was "helping" me was so cold and made me feel super uncomfortable.
So unfortunate because the doc was amazing!
