Bedside manner is lacking. I have double vision and Dr. Simpson appeared irritated that he had to do additional testing to determine what prescription I needed. His Double vision testing kit was incomplete and he complained about that. Once prescription was determined he or his staff forgot to include the prism listing on the new prescription. The new glasses (two pair) were made without the prism correction and did not correct my double vision. I now have to obtain a new prescription and have new glasses made.

What a joke! left there and went to Walmart to make an appointment .. trashed my prescription I got. Went in for an eye exam and new prescription. It had been 2 years since I had my exam and got new glasses at Colorado River Eye by WalMart. Rushd thru the 'Dial a Lens' contraption, no real exam, just a bright light in the eye.. I have bifocals. didnt even check to see what power i needed, just added it. Did NOT wipe down the chin guard or forehead rest from the previous patient with a swab and did not do that with the previous patient either.. so, cleanliness is not a priority!!! Will NEVER go back to him. ( my GF was patient before me ) she will need eye surgery some day, thats why we went to that eye center and figured i would get an eye exam same time she had a check up... I wasted $75.. lesson learned, which is ok as i will pay $79 for an exam and prescription in a week and a half.. 'U BEEN WARNED'
