My surgery was great. One eye done. Trying to make a second appt to have the second eye done been bad. Have left four messages with them to call me No response. The office help is very bad. With four or five girls behind the desk just chatting you would think one of them would respond to recorded messages. Still waiting.

Went for my eye exam yesterday. He doesn't sell glasses anymore, nor will he give you a script to go to someone who does! Shook my hand and said "Your eyes are ok"!!! What is up with that??? I'm calling my insurance Co and reporting this

We called after my husband was told he needed cateact surgery so I made appt they said Nov 12 and told me what co pay was I took two days off so I would be able for my husband we go to appt at 1245 well we weren't seen till 115 then we get back the one gentlemen we talk with sounded like everything was a go but again we had to wait 15 min then we see Dr and he did the same he did at last appt explained what would be done then tells us surgery not till Feb 2022 so they made another 45 fee from us for nothing and I lost to days of work I think they over book too much and tend to forget what they are doing
