As for the eye exam, it went well. The Dr. was thorough. The problem I had was with the staff. Not that they are not nice, but I went in two times to have my glasses looked at. I could not see out of one of the lenses. Their solution was that "I" did not choose the most expensive lenses, and that the fit wasn't proper. So, an adjustment was made to the fit. After 3 months, I went back. Same outcome. I asked if I could have my eyes re-examined and the reply was that I had to pay for another exam. Without insurance I have a very expensive pair of glasses that I cannot see out of. In my mind, the customer is right. I was telling the truth when I said I couldn't see out of the glasses. So, I won't be returning. Disappointed.

Beyond dissatisfied with this place. Exams, way too expensive glasses way too expensive. While I was in the exam, the doctor asked if I was getting a contact exam with it as well. I asked him how much it would cost. He said $30 then I go to pay turns out that was a complete lie and it was like $60 or $65 or something. that was lie 1. Then I was told that the prescription for my contacts was going to be $100 for six months worth. Turns out that was a lie it's $180. The glasses I got I ended up doing Better frames and got the scratch resistant and glare reduction Which bumped up the price. That being said the eye exam for glasses My pair of glasses and the Which I was lied to about about the price Cost me 580 in total. I could have ended up taking a cab to pheonix Gone to America's best Had the exact same pair of glasses and exams And it would've been less than half the price and I would've Got A second cheap pair as a back . I will say the people working there are friendly. But I can't even believe they With what they charge people. Especially because I can't be the only person they lie too Flat out. Telling your customer Things are this price and then when they It magically is double the price is Insane and terrible business practice. I do not recommend

Such a wonderful experience! Every one was very kind and happy and amazing at what they do! Felt very welcome and very pleased with how they handled my mom's eyeglass needs and even fixed her old glasses while she waits for her new ones! Awesome team!

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Myself and my family have been going here for YEARS. Troy and his team has always taken great care of us.

The eye doctor was nice. But if you need glasses quickly go somewhere else. I was there on the 7th got my eye exam and ordered the glasses. Let them know I wasn't going to be in town long. Was ensured it would be 7 to 10 days. On 7th day I called to be told that's business days and hopefully by Friday. Call Friday to be told hopefully by Friday. Called to day and they say hopefully by you guessed it Thursday or Friday it's now the 22nd. Very unhappy. And here's to hoping they are correct. The wait is ridiculous.

I just had the best experience with this team of caretakers. All my questions were answered in depth, they took time to put me at ease, and no one tried to sell me on anything I did not need. I highly recommend Payson Eye Care for all your ocular needs.

For the last 6 months I have been trying to get my lens replaced. I live an 1 hour and 15 min one way from the store. The lens cutter every single time is not there. I go in on the days she is suppose to be there....... but guess who's not there? If I wanted this type of experience I would have just gone to the VA. I will be finding another business that actually wants to take care of their customers.

I paid $1,1236.91 for a pair of eyeglasses. I just got a bill saying I owed another 110.00. I am 67 years old and in my life I have never been charged this egregious price, Now they want more.. My husband got new lenses: $700.00 just for the lenses. When I picked them up they put them in a baggie, didn't even offer a case. Pathetic. I blame myself but consumers watch out
