Dr. Ford is actually incredible, patient, knowledgeable and just amazing His staff went above and beyond to find a time for me to get seen in an what i felt was an emergency situation. Forever thankful for them.

His front office girl Alejandra and the bills girl are rude- not customers friendly or polite. Their personality sucks. These two women work together. I used to love the other women who worked there but are now gone. Stephanie is super nice friendly and polite and caring. She will treat you as a person not rude like the other girls working there. Replaced these women Dr Ford.

My sister and I, Gloria went to Dr. Ford for our first time. Everyone was professional, courteous, nice, fun and thorough. We had a great experience. Dr. Ford was great. His whole entire staff was great. And Teresa was very patient with my sister as she was picking out her frames! She must have tried all of them! Great place to get your eye exam etc! Thank you Dr. Ford and staff, you guys rock!!!!

I am a retired physician who recently had some metal attach to my cornea. Dr Ford was very thorough and got the rascal out in no time with no pain. Highly recommend.

Best prescription I've ever had honestly. I was in and out and taken care of. BUT my frames are the problem. The time of arrival for my glasses kept changing, I still only had to wait about a week and a half to get them (much faster than other places) but I wasn't told why the ETA kept changing. My glasses finally came in, and they're blue. I hate the color blue. I was assured green frames, because these are frames I'm going to have to wear everyday and I don't want to see the color blue on my face. I'm really dissappointed. If you don't mind what you're gonna wear every day, this is a great place to go.
