Check in was quick once I got to the kiosk. Makala was knowledgeable and friendly. She efficiently did the required eye exam and screening. She does a very good job! Dr Skye Pula was also very outgoing and has a great way with patients. She explained clearly her findings and the condition of my eyes. Thanks to both of them!

All of the providers at M&M Sandretto are friendly and efficient. Dr. Skye is so thorough and efficient, I look forward to my visits with her. But I would like to highlight the service I received from Emmy Cooper last week. I purchased glasses after my visit with Skye and Emmy helped me. What a help she was! She talked with me about the various and many glasses I tried on; helping me when I asked for help but not trying to sway me or steer me towards any one product. She took her time with me because I was slow in deciding. She never made me feel rushed. She was so thorough in explaining the process and answering my questions. While I was waiting, I saw her assisting another patient and she was patient and thorough and answered that patient's many questions. I thought to myself, I certainly hope I have her help me and I was in luck! Emmy is an asset to M&M and I wanted to be sure to share this experience with you.

Everyone here at the M&M Eye Institute was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I do have one constructive criticism. Even though they somewhat explained to me what to expect after the surgery and it even mentioned some things in the paperwork that I received I was not ready for the amount of cloudiness In my eye. maybe a little more detail of what to expect would have saved me a little bit of anxiety.

I love Dr Skye! She has helped my husband and I for several years. My husband perforated his cornea and she was one of the Drs who really helped him. We even needed her several times when there was an emergency. She was ready and willing to help with a smile. She is very concise and very empathetic. The office is very clean and the front desk staff are so pleasant. I even spoke to someone in the optical center inquiring about safety glasses for my husband just get a price. She gave me top notch service with a smile!! I will keep coming back for sure!

Arrived on time, check in was easy. I was called back within 5 minutes. The exam was quick, with a technician taking the preliminary tests. The doctor arrived with her assistant within 5 minutes. She looked over the information that was there. Showed me the retinal photos and said she saw almost no change since my last exam. She asked a few questions, and said she'll see me again in a year. Check out was easy, and I have a new exam scheduled for January 2027.

Excellent visit ! Most noteworthy was the attentive and caring approach from tech Aurora. She guided me through the process, answering questions and helping with details and positioning comfortably for the various exams. Dr. Oakeson provided detailed analysis and recommendations for future visits. Thanks to both !

This week M&M Eye Institute completed cataract surgery & implanted a monofocal lens & corrected minor astigmatism in one eye. So far, each day my vision is becoming clearer as my eye heals from the surgery. M&M is very professional, informative and clearly explained exactly how the healing process & care of my eye would proceed. The surgery took about 50 minutes & I felt no pain & very minor discomfort - the nursing staff was very attentive & took care of me very well. I look forward to being able to see clearly without the need of glasses & with the progress of my eye healing I feel I'll be there within 2 weeks. Dr. Markham did my surgery & I really think he is the best! Thank you M&M Eye!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience then I got there at M&M. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I can't express enough how they made me feel to assure me everything was going to be okay. Pam and the staff was awesome. Their hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. I now have 20/20 vision. My eyes are no longer blurry when I look at things. The colors are so bright and how true the colors really are. Thank you Dr. Mortenson for helping me to see clearly again.
