Just had some prescription lenses made here and they take all the necessary measurements to ensure they get it right the first time. The customer service is truly exceptional. A few weeks ago I stopped in asking for help with my dental loupes. One of the hinges on them were broken beyond repair. A man, (I forget the his name I'm sorry) was quick to help me and replaced the temple of my dental loupes at a very reasonable fee. He finished this within about an hour and half. I greatly appreciate the help I received and how kind he was to do this for me as I need these for work.

You will be impressed! The folks who work here genuinely care about the level of customer experience you receive. I had a problem with one of the lenses in a pair of sunglasses I dearly love. It was deemed a manufacturing defect, but Aaron let me know they no longer make this style of glasses, and the glasses would be replaced, not just the lens. He saw how disappointed I was because I truly love these glasses; they are perfect in every way for me. He offered to make new lenses *free of charge*! I insisted I would pay for them, but he stated he has a good relationship with this supplier, and he would get taken care of. They called me later that same day to let me know my glasses were ready for pick up. I mean, when is the last time you experienced that level of customer service??? My husband and I are forever customers!

It is honestly refreshing to have such great customer service! There were absolutely amazing with me and my child. I highly recommend them to everyone! They went above and beyond to give me a great experience. And I really appreciate it.

The staff are super kind and professional, willing to help out. I took in my aviator sunglasses for a repair after one of the lenses fell out and they know their stuff; they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They also have a great selection of glasses to try out. I highly recommend!

Great! I went in with some old rayban sunglasses i wanted the lenses replaced on cause they were all scratched up. The guy gave me options and was helpful with all my specification(non polarised, gradient, brown). Options being. (order original lenses or use some of theirs to replace). Even taking the time to describe difference between polycarb or other material. Go in check it out.

My husband is legally blind and after breaking his Maui Jim's needed a replacement. The staff are stellar and helpful. Kristi (unsure of spelling) was patient and made several adjustments to the glasses until they were comfortable. Highly recommend this spot. Large selection as well.
