Dr Vang at Village Eye Care was Excellent. I had an eye medical issue that needed to be evaluated and she was very thorough, giving me a full explanation of the tests she was doing & why. I had complete confidence in her findings. The entire staff was kind and caring. The office was modern and all equipment used seemed new and up to date. Thank you to the entire team

We have been seeing, ,no pun intended....Dr. Baird for years, have even traveled from the East Coast while living there to do my yearly exam with him. It's always a great experience! Dr. Baird and staff were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were thorough and efficient with my eye exam, helped me with both glasses and contacts, and took the time to explain my husbands medical eye condition clearly. We always feel cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend!

I recently needed to take my son in for what appeared to be an acute eye injury or infection, and The Village Eye Care was the only eye clinic in the area that had same-day appointments available. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Doctor Vang was extremely thorough and genuinely concerned for my son's well-being. She even texted later in the week to check on his condition. Something you rarely see these days! I was so impressed by the level of care and professionalism that I decided to switch my entire family's eye care to The Village Eye Care. I recently had my annual exam and contact lens appointment, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to their patients. I highly recommend The Village Eye Care to anyone looking for exceptional service and compassionate care!

Worst customer service ever. Never got to talk to anyone. They text me to schedule an appointment. I tell them I'm going somewhere else. Then I get a text with a scheduled appointment date and time (which would have been totally inconvenient for me anyway). Incompetent support staff. Saw the defensive reply without real facts. I have nothing against the doctors since I never met them. It's the incompetency of support staff. However, the reply to my original post doesn't tell the whole story. Of course I requested an appointment. After waiting several days with no response, I called twice only to be put on perpetual hold with no one coming back on the line to acknowledge I was still there. KC told me she didn't pick up because she was at lunch. Was I supposed to hold until she returned? When I finally told them I was going somewhere else (approx 2 weeks after my initial request for an appt), it was acknowledged. It was AFTER they acknowledged that I didn't want an appt, I received a msg saying an appointment was created. And they never asked if I was available at the time THEY CHOSE. I had asked for an afternoon appointment and they scheduled me at 9:20 in the morning. As I said, just reinforces my reason for going elsewhere. The doctors may be wonderful but the front office staff doesn't reflect the competencies that the professional staff may have.

I highly recommend Village Eye Care for all of your families needs. I have been with them for over 15 years and Dr. Baird has been amazing. He and his teams proactive approach to care is why I will continue to be a patient here. Top notch doctors to office staff make you feel welcome!

Highly recommend this office. They were super nice. They tried to get me in within a week of calling They also had amazing equipment and great ways to test my eyes. Everybody, there was super sweet, starting from the front office to the medical students. And also, David and let's not leave out the doctor he was phenomenal, very sweet, great personality and made me feel very comfortable. Look no further!

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Baird for over 15 years. The last 2 visits were terrible. This place has turned into a money grab. They'll over charge you any chance they get. When you bring it to their attention they make excuses instead of fixing the problem and they refuse to fix the problem. Jailyn is as unprofessional as they come. It's sad that this practice has ended up this way. We used to love Dr. Baird. We used to tell everyone to go see them now I would advise that everyone stays away from them. As you can see from many other reviews they've done the same to other people.

I've been with village eye care for many years. From the time you walk in the door you feel the warmth. Dr. Baird and Dr. Vang are excellent. They take time to answer questions and create a plan of action to improve your vision. I love the entire staff and feel right at home. We smile, laugh and joke. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did. Stellar service.
