The eye exam was quick and simple. The assistant manager Adrian was amazing! He was so helpful, understanding, and actively listened to me. Today was the first time I went to LensCrafters for an exam and then ordering a pair of eye glasses. The exam seemed thorough and efficient. I did not have to wait beforehand and the process did not take very long either. There was great customer service when discussing the details of what I needed and wanted for eye glasses. The cost breakdown was explained along with options. He also offered to adjust my current eye glasses, which I greatly appreciated. I came home and told my husband that it was the best experience I have had after many years of purchasing eye glasses. I will definitely go back again.
