Horrible. Do not recommend. Let's start with the exam - rushed and not thorough. Very low tech. Front desk staff unfriendly. The glasses person was decent. I order two pairs of glasses with lenses. Regular and shades. My eyeglasses came within 2 weeks. They were very strong but I decided to deal with it. Another week goes by, no sunglasses. I called, emailed and after 2 more weeks was told they were "lost". This is after I was told they were delivered to the wrong location. I was told that I would get a refund within a week because a "manager had to approve it". Fast forward to THREE weeks later, after 3 phone calls, several emails, and still no refund. I was told today that manager still hadn't approve the refund. SERIOUSLY. At least the woman I spoke to today was kind, but I can't get anyone else on the phone that can actually DO anything- bc that "manager" does not answer her phone. Looks like I am out $300. I am kicking myself for not choosing the better option - next time I will pay more out of pocket to avoid this clinic. **EDITED TO RESPOND - I just sent an email - the address I have sent emails to before to which they did not respond. I will not be calling and wasting more time. **ETA: 2/27/26 - 3 days later, and STILL no response from this business. Complaint filed with the BBB

I wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for helpful or friendly service. I came in needing adjustments for two pairs of glasses, and the vibe was incredibly dismissive. There was no "hello" or "how can we help?"--just a cold question about whether or not the glasses were purchased there. It's a shame because a little kindness goes a long way, but the staff here made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Walked in to a clean office area. Receptionists were very helpful. I didn't have to wait long before I was called to start my testing. Doctor was very friendly and informative. I will definately go back for my eye exam next year

I found the front desk to be, not rude, but unfriendly. I didn't feel I was wasting her time but didn't feel welcomed. Otherwise I always enjoy meeting up with Dr Roper.

The young lady that gave me my eye exam was very nice, accommodating and professional. The actual ophthalmologist (Dr. Roper) was also nice and really put me at ease concerning a procedure that's in my future.

D. Arlynn Roeper is a wonderful optometrist! He is friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. I've been seeing him for many years - he's the best eye doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Roper has been taking care of our family for several years, and it's always a joy to see him (pun intended). This location is friendly and efficient. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. And we've always had a great experience scheduling the eye exams. This is not a review of the optical sales side or glasses fitting area, which (as I understand it) is a separate business. I wish that side of the business learned a few things from the optometrist side about customer care.

Underwhelming. Appointment seem rushed and like doctor was not listening to the reason for me coming in. Waste of time. Have to find time to go an find another doctor. Then they ask you to reach out about it after you left a review and they dont respond.
