Gabbi assisted me with ordering my lenses and carefully explained all of my options. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process easy to understand. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant. She was truly a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Huge shoutout to Johnathan and Gabbi for being so helpful! I came in with two pairs of glasses that were driving me crazy, and they couldn't have been nicer about fixing them. They were super patient and really took their time to get the adjustments exactly right. I really appreciated that they didn't make me feel like I was a bother. If you need anything done, definitely go see them!!

This particular nationwide office is one of the best I've ever been to. Getting checked in was easy. The paperwork was short. The first technician was caring and funny. He made me feel comfortable even when it was time to put the puff of air in my eye (eeeep.) Dr. Sandburg was wonderful. She was calm and patient taking time to make sure I got the exact right prescription. I picked out a few pair of glasses, but had a little difficulty making a finalized decision. Jonathan help me pick not only the best frames for my face, that work best with my prescription. He took care getting the proper measurements so that I would have an easy time with the progressives. I had tried progressive before and hadn't had luck. My glasses came back right the first time and in a timely manner. They fit perfectly and greatly improved my vision. The entire staff was awesome. Everybody I had met with took their time and make sure their job was done so that I ended up seeing so much better when I picked up my final glasses. Clearly I'll visit this office when it's time for glasses again. It's easy to see that everyone there cares. In hindsight, I'm glad I chose this particular nationwide vision because I had a wonderful visit.

Best experience all I ever had in eye care! Whole staff Jonathan, Amelia, Thad, Gabi, and Dr. Sandhu were amazing; so pleasant, professional, and got my eyes back to 100%! No waiting at all and felt they took the time to take care of me! Highly recommend and will be a continuous customer!

I had an amazing experience! it was quick and easy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially the manager, Jonathan. He was very kind and patient personable. I am a very indecisive person, and he sat there with me and helped me choose a pair of glasses that looked good on me and would fit my needs. Jonathan was super great! He was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in made me feel very welcomed! gave great advice on frames made sure I did not leave with the wrong choice he was able to help me with any other questions or concerns I had! Eye appointments usually terrify me the whole staff made it feel very warm and comfortable !

My teenage daughter and I came in to get fitted for contacts, and we honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jonathan, the general manager, is truly one of a kind -- warm, helpful, and the definition of great customer care. Dr. Shea (or Shay!) was smart, friendly, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Even the preliminary exam was handled with care and expertise. We've had very limited experience with eye doctors, but enough to know this team is something special. Nationwide Vision is lucky to have them -- and so are their patients!
