This location at Tempe Market place is a great place to go Brandon Dr Blatter Adamari Laila and Karen all were very friendly and honest I have been to 2 other locations and I wanted to use a pair of frames I purchased in the past at a different nationwide location and the last 2 locations the employees that were fitting me for a pair told me I could not use the frame I feel like they were dishonest and wanted me to spend more money on another pair of frames to make money. Well Brandon told me there was no problem using these frames. I was so happy and glad that he was honest with me. If I could give this location and the employees a star more than a 5 star i would !!! I will recommend this location to all of my friends and family that need there eyes checked. Thank you guys for all of your help. You all are AWESOME!

Don't waste your time. I was told to arrive early for my appointment only to be left waiting for 45 mins to see the doctor with one person still in front of me. I left before seeing the doctor due to the long wait since it would have easily been an hour to an hour and a half with how long he was taking with patients. When I asked the front desk about the wait, the woman at the desk was rude and informed me that's just the way it is. As a long time patient, I expect to be seen when I'm scheduled and expect better customer service, especially when you expect me to respect your time by arriving early. Never again. Editing to add that I just came back from LensCrafters at AZ Mills where I was able to get in the same day, spent a total of 30 mins between paperwork and the exam, learned that nationwide had me at too strong of a prescription, and got a straight and affordable price on my exam. All of the staff there were very kind and professional. I'm grateful for the poor experience at Nationwide as I would have never known there is a much better option closer to home that knows what they're doing.

Isabel was very kind and professional. She helped my daughter pick out her glasses and I loved that she checked the fit before we ordered anything. Other places just order what you give them and you end up with horrible glasses for a year. Isabel also answered every fee question and explained the different options we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Very nice and welcoming. I got new glasses and contacts here and never had any problems. Isabel helped me get checked out and informed me how long my glasses and contacts would take. She is very helpful and friendly!
